I had Emily, of BaldO Face Painting, paint my pregnant belly and it was an all around FANTASTIC experience!
She had the most beautiful, vibrant color choices & she was more than willing to paint a couple of designs - I took pictures between designs! ;)
Not only is she an amazing artist with really nice paint & equipment, but she also makes it a point to keep you feeling involved & comfortable!!
I HIGHLY recommend BaldO Face Painting! I give them an A+!! (Can you tell that I was a teacher before a stay-at-home mom?! ;)) -

Beyond your expectations is all I can say. Wonderfully nice people who are exceptionally talented. The kids absolutely were thrilled with their wild and beautifully created faces! And the parents were asking for cards. I highly recommend them for any fundraising event, birthday, or party in general where you need a kid diversion. They stay and paint until all are happy, and let me tell you, all are happy when they leave. My 7 year old daughter is sitting right next to me, and says "You are very good at painting kid's faces. I am very happy that you came to my sister's party." Happy Happy to refer you all!!

Incredible face painting! (think Michelangelo on the face) Had my daughters 5th birthday party at Pease Park last Saturday. These folks rocked. Very friendly, affordable, and 2 painters were at it simultaneously. Would recommend them all the way around.

BaldO painted the lovely Yelp ladies & gentlemen during "Yelp Goes Gaga for GaGa" and they did an amazing job! They do a good variety of designs from animal inspired to carnival.
I would definitely recommend. -

I attended the Yelp Thriller Throwdown and I had NO time to pull together an appropriate costume. I noticed that there was face painting going on in the back of the room and I wandered over to check it out. After a few minutes, I decided that rather than going all-out zombie, I would like a small cut or some stitches. Then I sat down with the fine people from BaldO and everything changed ...
They had so many colorful paints and so many design options, that I decided to let the professionals take over. I said, "I would like something that's not totally gross looking" and he said "how about we do half of your face as a skull?" Sign me up!
I got a day of the dead style skull complete with stitches and a blue flower. It was a fancy monster face indeed and I was completely satisfied. When I got home, I really did not want to wash my face. I convinced myself to do so by resolving to have BaldO paint faces at my next party!Listed in: For a Good Time Call ...

If you have a party and need some face painting done and done right Mr. Smidgens recommends BaldO Face painting and Murals!!
They painted many Elite faces at the Dia de Los Yelpos party at Maria Maria and they did an awesome job!!

OH MY! I had never had full face paint until the Dia de los Yelpos party and let me tell you...I'm hooked. Now at every party I go to I'll end up saying, "Oh, no face-paint? Booooring!" May I also say that I thought I had the best face paint there? Well, I just did. I told Emily to not be scared to use color and when I looked in the mirror I had do a double take. I had gorgeous blue flowers around each eye, a chin-rose and beautiful scroll work around my cheeks a forehead. Emily did a great job and I would recommend her for any party. I didn't meet the guy, but he seemed great at doing a more masculine look. While I would have loved to had kept my dead face on for days, I think I would have scared my office to death...very glad it easily washed off! Thoroughly impressed and ready for round two!

I just hired Baldo face painting for my son's 3rd birthday party & Emily & Oether went above & beyond any of my expectations. They were great with the kids & are true artists! Everyone was amazed at how beautiful their work was & the look in the kids eyes after they had their faces painted was heart warming. They really made my son's birthday extra special, thank you so much Emily & Oether, you guys are the best!!!!
