Jessica Garcia at The Balcony cuts and colors my hair. I regularly get compliments on how great my hair looks. She is always on time and always has a smile on her face. I really appreciate how she listens and works with you to get your hair the way you want it to be.
For my color she has gotten me to think "big picture", doing smaller gradual changes over time, which has turned out really well. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair color chemistry and will (if you like) give you quite a detailed background on types of color, coloring grey hair, etc.
Her cuts are fresh and she frequently goes to classes and seminars to improve her technique. Furthermore, her prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality.
The salon is clean and comfortable with a good selection of magazines and easy parking. Try it out
Had not had a haircut in 10 years after a horrible experience. They totally took care of me. Best haircut I ever had! Will definitely start letting the pros at the Balcony take care of me in the future.
