Whoever listed this got it wrong... it's not in North Hills neighborhood. It's in Northridge, one block from Van Nuys.
It's a nice apartment building with a huge @ss pool!!!
The management is good.
My AC broke, got a new one.
Plumbing problems fixed that day (sometimes the next).
AND I got my deposit back three weeks after moving out.
The con: The parking in front SUCKS!!!!
It's right on Balboa and both sides of the street have funky no parking hours. A total B#tch!
GOoD TO KNOW: If you rent an apartment, ask if the crazy cat lady lived in that one. You DON'T want that one. TRUST ME!!!
