Specialties
Balanced Therapy offers massage therapy services such as Ashiatsu which is a barefoot massage using compression stroke to relax the muscles. We also offer traditional deep tissue, therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, hot stone and reiki.
Also available are small Yoga classes. Small yoga classes are perfect for the beginner yogi or yogi that wants to gain more focus. Sessions are scheduled 7 days a week and we would be happy to help you find one that will work for you.
