I just started going to Stacy to learn some stretches from past injuries and ways to make those muscles stronger. She gave me some easy everyday things to do so I can get ready for soccer season. The place was very clean and organized. Stacy was very friendly and at ease with all of my questions. The one on one sessions make sure you get all the attention you need. It was all affordable also. Thank you Stacy for all of the help.

I've been going to Stacy for about 3 months; I started from a place of not exercising at all, and had some chronic neck and shoulder pain. What is amazing to me is that in 3 short months, I have begun to love exercising, and do it on my own now. My neck & shoulder don't hurt any more, and I am getting stronger every session. Stacy is able to gently motivate me in a way that really works. She tells me about things she's been reading in the field of health and fitness, and has researched a health condition I have in order to better know how to help me. This has been one of the best investments I have ever made.

Stacy Johnson is a graduate of Bastyr University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Wellness. She combines all of her experience from years of training as a competitive swimmer and triathlete with years of working in the health, fitness and physical therapy fields to create a fitness progrram that will work for you and your goals -- giving you a unique service that goes far beyond any standard gym environment.
