My daughter is two years old and adores going to see Dr Stamm for her preventative care adjustments once a week. She wastes no time getting on the table for her "massage". The office staff is always warm and go out of their way to accommodate us in every way. They even watch my daughter when I get my treatments!
We love Balance In Motion and feel the care we receive increases our health and well-being exponentially. -

I had a massage here from an Amazon Local deal I bought. I also liked the location and the brightness of it. It seems like they offer quite a few different services here but nobody really gave me any information on what else they do other than chiropractic, just checked me in for my massage and that was it. The massage was pretty good, definitely worth it for the deal I bought but not the best I've had. The environment of the massage room wasn't as relaxing as I like, as there were issues with the CD skipping several times throughout my massage before she finally turned it off but it wasn't a big deal. I might try them in the future for chiropractic needs.

So far so good. I went in for my first appointment yesterday, staff was friendly, the office has a very good vibe, bright, airy and clean. I met Dr. Chrissy, who seems to be very knowledgeable with a great disposition. Liked her a lot.
A great bonus is they have massage therapists on staff. Oddly enough, finding a chiropractic office with therapists on staff is hard to come by. In my personal opinion, they go hand in hand.
At this point, I have nothing but positive things to say about Balance in Motion. -

This is by far the best place to go for chiropractic services. Dr. Chrissy doesn't just look at the problem at hand but also what caused it in the first place, combining traditional chiropractic services with exercises and what not to help get you back up and normal. As an added benefit, BMI takes patients pretty quickly so if an injury occurs, you generally don't have to wait forever to be seen.

This is an awesome studio! First of all I have to start off by saying that I like bright open spaces and happy people. And that is exactly what you will find at Balance in Motion. Of course these are just a bonus because you will be going to Balance in Motion to spend some time with Dr Chrissy Stamm.
And she is what will bring you back time after time. So first, full disclosure. I am a Rolfer and am very physically active myself, I teach yoga and so I know a thing or two about how I like my body to be touched. If you are looking for one of those Chriopractors who seems to try to fit your body into a mold, then Dr. Stamm is NOT for you.
What she is, is a very curious and interested person who has a fabulous working knowledge of the body and, like an artist, she is never satisfied with doing the same thing over and over. Each time I have come to see her (and there have been many), she has taken the time to fully check in with where I am at physically, and, like a sculpter, she is continuously finding ways to improve her efforts.
What this means for you, the client, is that you are getting extremely customized treatment from a master. Words don't explain. Just go. -

I love BIM and would highly recommend it to everyone. Dr. Chrissy really cares about her patients and takes the time to explain equipment, treatments, diagnosis, etc. She can work within your comfort level and is extremely kind and understanding. I was always nervous to try a chiropractor, but Dr. Chrissy and her staff were supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease. I have even seen Adam, the massage therapist, and he is amazing as well. He was able to help my shin splints and ankle problems. Overall, a wonderful practice and a terrific experience.

Balance in Motion is the best! The office is so peaceful and relaxing, I look forward to my appointments! Dr. Chrissy has done a wonderful job of relieving my neck pain & headaches. WOW, after having a pretty bad expereince with another chiropractor in Orange County, I found Dr. Chrissy on the web. She was so nurturing and gentle I had a good feeling right away. She was honest, straight forward and caring. I had been seeing this other chiro for nearly 4 months, 2x a week and still having really terrible neck pain. After 4 visits with Chrissy it was better. She uses very innovative technology and was able to assess something very subtle and treat me very specifically rather then how the other chiro did basically the same thing on me as the other people on all the other tables. Dr. Chrissy is a special, talented and effective doctor. I am so grateful to have found her.
PS: the office is wonderful to visit - calm and positive. -

Balance In Motion is the best!!! The staff are amazing and there to help you. Dr. Chrissy makes you feel so comfortable and I know that she can alleviate the problems I come to her for. I had extreme pain in my neck where it affected my driving and after going to her I have full range of motion and the pain has subsided. I highly recommend Balance In Motion!!!

I have gone to chiropractor's off and on for 25 yrs, you know, when I get a stiff neck or my back hurts. Balance In Motion has been the nicest experience I've had. Dr. Stamm is obviously very knowledgable and knows her craft. There was never a second where I had a doubt about her ability to help. Her machines in the office rock! Wow, this is not old school chiropractic anymore. I'm 55 and it didn't used to be this sophisticated. It is fantastic. She really offers a lot for my money. I am thrilled she's in Orange County! We're lucky. And, I'm better!

I've been going to Dr. Chrissy for 3 years now. She has a great bed-side manner and her wellness studio is the perfect place to take a break from my busy days at work. Her chiropractic techniques and her unique use of traction equipment have significantly improved the shape of my spine and erased a lifetime of bad habits and bad posture. This has relieved a considerable amount of my day-to-day pain. She's also worked with my nutrition and exercise routine to help me feel more balanced physically and mentally. I've lost weight. I have more energy. And my immune system has been boosted so I rarely get sick these days. I know I sound like an infomercial, but I'm a really big fan. Balance In Motion has completely changed my life.

Dr Chrissy is AWESOME!!! Both my 12 y/o daughter and I go to her for help. My daughter's headaches have decreased and Dr. Chrissy has helped me with the aches and pains that could have kept me away from my workouts!! I love the facility too. It is relaxing, clean and peaceful. A visit to BIM is almost like a visit to the day spa!! Gotta go now, I'm off to get my massage at BIM!!

I have been involved in care and activity with BIM and Dr. Chrissy for a few years now and highly recommend the group to my friends and colleagues regularly. Dr Chrissy is a sincere, dedicated professional who truly "walks the walk" of healthy liviing. I especially like her ongoing workshops that introduce a variety of subjects dealing with mind/body health. She participates in our community and promotes volunteerism with her staff. ( I especially like spoiling myself visits with Adam for massage, as he is THE BEST!)

Expert staff, relaxing environment and plenty of treatment options. Whether it's an occasional adjustment, last minute injury relief, or a long term treatment program, Dr. Chrissy and the staff at Balance in Motion have the knowledge and skills to treat any issue. I was in a near fatal motorcycle accident a few years ago during which I sustained numerous severe injuries including breaks, fractures and torn ligaments. I assumed I'd have to live with the pain and physical debilitation for the rest of my life. I avoided chiropractors as I didn't want to risk making a bad thing worse. Then a friend told me about Balance in Motion and their unique, whole body approach to wellness and healing. From the start they identified the roots of my issues and told me specifically how those would be corrected through dietary improvements, exercise and in-studio treatments. I was amazed to see how each of these would effect my body. Sure enough, after just a few short months I walk better, have far less pain and more stamina. We recently took my follow up X-rays and the improvements are amazing. Compared to my initial X-rays they look like two different people.
