This place was great. I dropped in for a power yoga class never having done one before but in the area for a few days on vacation.
The staff were friendly and courteous. The class was only 1 hour long but it was intense. The instructor did a fair amount of walking around all class, correcting all of the students and giving an equal amount of personalized attention.
Good rhythm and flow to the class, mat and towel rental for $2, typical prices, good location.
Would definitely go back for a class again.
