Bakker's Fine Dry Cleaning
4 reviews for Bakker's Fine Dry Cleaning
(this is for the Juanita location - 11630 98th Ave NE, Kirkland )
Established dry cleaner - check!
Excellent customer service - check!
Drive-through service - Wahoooooooooo!!! (and they even help loading & unloading!!)
You can't get better than that!
Let's just say that when it comes to drycleaning, I'm really picky. I suffer from the affliction of having drycleaning genes in my lineage. I even have to admit that the smell of drycleaning solvent is a comforting reminder of my younger years.
Ok. So I guess what I'm saying is that Bakker's does an good job with those items I'm either too lazy to iron myself (yes, I know how to iron) or just won't throw in the washing machine for fear of having some really bad looking results.
Make sure you ask to be a preferred customer. That will get you 40% off your drycleaning.
My only complaint against Bakker's is that they do most of their cleaning off site. That means you won't get your stuff back for a few days, but then again, nobody wants to see you wear that Cosby sweater twice in one week.
So far have gone there once and am very pleased with the service. Their prices are great (~$2 for a dress shirt) and make sure to ask for the preferred customer discount to get 40% off of one piece of clothing (this is really nice if you have to dry clean a more expensive sweater or dress pants which is around $10 with out the discount).
So far, they have done a good job and their prices are excellent. I'll let you know if anything happens to change that opinion. For now, they are my cleaner of choice for Kirkland.
