Nice sports bar place in beautiful downtown Wildwood. Lots of different beers. All that I've ordered there has been very good and well prepared. Friendly people waiting tables and behind the bar.
Nicer inside environment since the smoking ban went into effect. IMO. -

Bake's is a sports bar with a big menu and massive drink list - so massive that they elect to take up 1/3 of your table with stands advertising all of their different drink offerings. If you're looking for a wide range of drink opportunities and decent food then this is a fine place to go.
I went to Bake's as part of a foursome and had the seafood pasta. The salad was good with surprisingly green romaine but the entree had problems: two of my mussels were served closed and therefore inedible, while some of my other mussels and calamari were overcooked. The pasta was a perfect al dente, however. After also sampling my friend's entrees I deduced that Bake's best items are their more traditional fare: burgers and sandwiches. The patty melt and club sandwich on the table were of far better quality than my seafood pasta and the Caribbean pork chop that we also ordered.
Bake's has a pretty sizable menu and a list of "specials" that is just as long, but when going here understand you're at a sports bar and as a result sports bar food is probably the best bet. Stick with their more traditional items and you should have an enjoyable meal. -

I like Bake's.
And, I normally do not dig the sports bar scene. Having been raising in a blue collar, hard working family, I have to say Bake's is the sort of place my Dad might have taken us all for dinner after working all week on a Friday night. There's a bar, but it is separated from the restaurant. The food is consistently good. The burgers, beef sandwiches, pizza and fries are all above average and plentiful. There's an extensive beer selection as well.
The wait staff is genuinely friendly and people remember your name.
I like Bake's. -

Went here for my friend's 30th birthday party. I only had their pizza, but it was pretty good. They have some tasty martinis too.

I came here to meet up with co-workers for lunch after golfing across the street at Brea Loch. Food is good, for a sports bar they have a weird variety. In addition to the burgers, cheese fries, chili, and nacho's, they'll throw in Mongolian beef stir fry and tempura vegetables and have a good beer selection. The price is right and you can keep up with many games at one time as you are surrounded by televisions. Kitchen is open til midnight.
