I bought a pair of shoes from Bakers for a wedding. I changed my mind after a few days and decided to return the shoes unworn to Bakers. When I visited the store for the return, the only person in-store had just started on the job and did not know how to process a return and could not even read my original receipt. I waited for nearly an hour while she attempted to call other stores to figure out how to process a return. I felt bad for her that she was left in charge of the store with insufficient training. I was also frustrated about Bakers wasting my time.

I left the store finally having completed the return, with a receipt for return, no shoes, and the belief that I would be credited for the return. I never received credit. I contacted the store and they said I exchanged the shoes and no credit was due. I filed a dispute with my bank and Bakers still claimed I had made an exchange and I still have not been credited three months later. The whole process as been very frustrating. Bakers does not care about customer service, satisfaction, or conducting legal business.

I bought some high heel boots there..wore them for a few hours the day after I bought them and had horrible pain in my feet!!! I went to return them cuz I knew that I wouldnt be able to ever wear them.......and they said NO.

They don't let anyone return shoes that have ever been worn! Even if they looked just fine.
I don't recommend buying shoes from here if you wanna have the freedom of being able to return them if they don't work for you. Their return policy just plain sucks. The cashier was quite rude as well.
