After our original wedding in another state was cancelled by Hurricane Irene and we had to evacuate, Baker's Kitchen was willing and ready to put together a gorgeous, three tier wedding cake on incredibly short notice -- 24 hours! The cake was delicious and decorated perfectly to go along with our decorations and cake topper! Baker's Kitchen couldn't have been nicer in helping us out and the cake was GORGEOUS and DELICIOUS!! I can't wait to eat our anniversary tier next year! Thank you Baker's Kitchen!!

Speaking only about their durable goods:
Baker's Kitchen provides a lot of household-oriented baking supplies. If you're looking for a mold, cookie cutter, or pre-made decorating piece they have a great selection. The target audience for this store is definitely home bakers of the occasional cake, especially small bakers who wnat to do a friend's wedding cake.
Where Baker's Kitchen is useless is if you're looking for professional-grade kitchen equipment for pastry or baking work. Numbered pastry cutters? Nope. Silicon and nylon baking mats? Nope. Baking sheets? Mostly consumer sizes, only one half sheetpan size.
They do have some decorating supplies you won't find other places such as gum paste.
As sad as it is to say, for equipment you'll be better off at Bed Bath and Beyond or a restaurant supply store.
