I called them about some dance floor pieces I needed for something work-related. They couldn't accommodate the request (it's something very unique that most places haven't had) but the gal on the phone had specific contact info for another company that could assist me. I was thoroughly pleased that they were eager to get me an answer even though not with them. I'll definitely consult them again whenever I need something.

I have had a similar experience as Dee P.
I appreciate the variety, the flexibility, and the prices. However, no matter how many times I have gone into this business over the years (and purchased), I still tend not to get service until I explicitly ask for it. While it is nice to look around uninterrupted, it seems appropriate to say "hi" to a customer and offer assistance.
The last time I was there (about a week ago), three staff members were on the floor and not one said hello or offerred assistance. If anything, I seemed to be in the way of their helping others (who arrived after I did) or, for some, their discussing their personal lives. I decided to leave and find an alternative for my rental needs. -

This place is awesome.. I have used them before to rent EZup tents and I recently used them again to rent chairs for a party I was hosting at my place. Prices are amazing and much cheaper than going out to buy your own if you thought about doing it. Everything from huge gas grills, those bunsen burners, tables, arches, lighting.. Just basically everything except those helium tanks.
They offer delivery and they do charge but it's so worth having the burden of picking up and returning off your shoulders. We unfortunately didn't get delivery because the trucks were all filled. So, don't wait around you would be surprised how busy this place gets. -

I know exactly where I'm going to rent my linens (and other reception accessories) if I were to get married...Baker Party Rentals. I hosted an engagement celebratory party for one of my good friends this past weekend, and rather than purchasing plates, napkins, and linens only to toss it later, i went here. I got the referral from many of my decorative friends and was pleasantly surprised that the Yelpers here agreed.
For an 8 x 8 soft gold nova linen, 12 napkins, & 12 gold plated plates...we paid $45 I believe. They do deliver, but unless you have chairs/tables, I wouldn't recommend it since you want to save as much as possible. As you can see on the pic, it helped make the dinner set up that much more special and fail proof for people new to it like me. The process is very easy, and the staff there is very good if you're experiencing decorator's block. There are lots of pretty displays to get you inspired or to copy for your very own event. This is definitely worth the trip, but wouldn't hurt to check their informative website. -

Baker Party Rentals had a great selection of party rentals. I hired Baker for my wedding. The canopy, lights, plates, etc were all very beautiful and their delivery & pick-up were really good.
I highly recommend their services! -

Look, they can't all be reviews about bacon and cupcakes. Sometimes, all you need is a few 6' tables. Yeah, not glamorous, I know. But you can always kick it up a notch by adding some soft gold pintuck linens or some fruitwood chiavari bar stools to you order. Oh, you like that? You like when I use event rental talk, don't you? How about BEO? That do anything for ya? (If so...you are a true event planning nerd.)
I always thought Signature was my go-to rental place, they were reliable, had great selection, and nice service. And, Signature is still good...but Baker kicks their ass. They've got this schmancy showroom, and when the sales associate asked me if the dress I was wearing was the one she saw on sale at Saks last week, I got nervous. I had asked them the prices over the phone, but now....all this schmanciness? Could the prices really be that low?
Indeed they could. I opted to pick up my tables and such because a delivery fee just wasn't in the budget, but with cheaper prices than the competition and a much bigger selection...I think I've found a new go-to party rental place. Or at least a gorgeous showroom to walk around in when I'm feeling the need for my event porn fix beyond what BizBash can provide. -

Good variety of rentals.
We rented lots of things from here for our wedding.
I wish the staff is a bit more helpful though.
They seem to not care much, though who can blame them?
They're probably tired of taking care of needy customers.
I'll still be coming back for more for our entertaining purposes. -

I haven't rented much stuff, but over the past decade, this place has always been my go to place for rentals.
Need a round table? They got it. Need a square table? They got those too. What, need 50 rectangle tables and 10 round tables all with linen? They got you covered "Literally".
If you are throwing a party for 6 friends or 600 "friends", they have practically all the things you could need (yes, they have fog machines and the popcorn makers).
Me, I just got a few tables and chairs. I picked up my rentals and dropped them off faster than I can say "Baker Party Rentals" five times fast!
And their web site is way helpful! -

Ordered chairs and lounge furniture for my wedding from Baker. They are the preferred vendor at Mastro's and I see why. Their equipment is well maintained and service was wonderful. They set up our ceremony chairs which I didn't expect them to do since it was an extra charge. But I guess the coordinator at Mastro's sent them my diagram for the chairs and they went ahead and set it up. It was only 15 cents per chair for setup but I figured we can setup the chairs ourselves but looks like we didn't need to. They also came by and picked up the rentals the same day at 11:30pm. Mastro's doesn't have a storage area for the rentals to be held til the following day so it was great that they were able to pick up that night and we didn't have to worry about what to do with the furniture.

These guys are awesome. Called them the day before Thanksgiving, and ordered 10 chairs no problem. Staff is very courteous and professional. They even offered cider and cookies on my way out. Checked out and loaded in no more than 10 minutes! Will definitely use them again. Thank you!!!

So this year I decided to have a pre-Christmas party in our little two bedroom condo. I invited a ton of our friends, knowing only about half of them usually show up...but EVERYONE actually made it!! Yeah - we needed more table space and more seating in a bad way. So of course, straight to Yelp I went and found Baker Party Rentals. They were so easy to use!! I went to the website, put in an order, and got a call back the next day to confirm and go over the specifics. I received an invoice in my email later that day. They delivered, picked up, everything. Super simple, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Even though I just ordered one 8 foot table and a dozen chairs, I got great service. I'll definately use them again.

Totally saved my dancing butt! At the last minute of wedding reception planning, we figured out we could fit a dance floor into the budget. Just a week before the big day, I secured a fabulous dance floor for our dancing fool friends! Bethany was awesome. So supportive as I bungled through different sizes and delivery variations to make it work with our venue's needs. I was really even able to get a gorgeous elegant gold cake plateau after someone cancelled. (Made my screwed up cake looked worlds better.) Pricey on the chiavari chairs (go to Elegant Designs!) but everything else was very reasonable and the service was terrific.

This place is awesome!! I used them for my wedding and they made everything sooo eas,. And when you are planning a wedding you need all the help you can get! It was so much fun to go to the showroom and pick everything out for our big day, my husband even had fun. They have great prices and what really sold me was their linens, they were amazing, we chose Burgundy Crush and it was perfect. I will definitely use Baker Party Rentals in the future =)

Great service! Used the online form to put together what we needed for a backyard BBQ for 50 and had it all delivered. They have everything you need and then some. They followed up on the order to confirm and I was able to add a couple things I forgot, no trouble at all. Delivery arrived a day before the event and picked up the following monday. Prices are very fair and all items we used were as described on the site.
