The staff was very professional and courteous, and did a good job of explaining what services they could provide. The reason for the 3 star rating is it felt like I was going through a timeshare sales process because I really only went in for a cleaning, which didn't actually happen. Explanation was that I was getting a thorough exam first, and then was recommended for a multi step cleaning process that wouldn't start till my next appointment, even though the hygienist said that I took really good care of my teeth. The general take away was that they were really only concerned with how many different services and procedures they could get me to agree to, and the lady that finally gives you pricing is pretty rude and pushy..I'll be looking for another dentist after that experience.
