Good fresh tasting food. I love their shrimp and chicken tacos. I also like their salsa and chips. Great place to go for fresh food. The bad thing about the food being fresh is that the wait time seems to be longer than other places. The strange thing is, everytime after I eat there, my tummy hurts. Too healthy or is the food not so healthy after all???

The good:
1.) Salsa bar with three different types of salsa and one that was actually hot.  Also liked the fact that they had the pickled carrots that I'm suddenly quite fond of.

The mediocre:
1.) Burrito ultimo with grilled chicken.  I liked the fact that this burrito had no cilantro and had grilled veggies (basically the onion and the green peppers), which actually had some good grill flavor, but the burrito as a whole was surprisingly not very tasty.  The rice especially, was not good and even though there was cheese and sour cream, the burrito just wasn't as good as it looks on their posters.  It took a lot of hot salsa before the burrito tasted good enough to eat.

Overall, it was an okay experience.  The burrito was made quickly and the chips included with the meal was good.  Luckily the salsa bar was there to spice things up.

A small Mexican grill joint that I noticed that is starting to pop up in quite of bit of locations.

I have tried their Burrito and not liked it. Their Burrito was okay / so-so, but there was like a pound of cheese and beans which is a big "no-no" for me since that doesn't stand for Freshness. The guys at Baja Fresh. The pricing for this place isn't too bad though.

There's nothing special about the location. Nothing really give the joint it's uniqueness compared to the other food joints in the shopping mall. The place isn't always clean, but probably just as clean as any other fast food joint.

I much prefer at the moment La Salsa. Cheese is used more sparingly. And I think the pricing at La Salsa is much better for what you get compared to Baja Fresh.
