Baja Fresh

Huge assortment of salsas and each one of them is unique in taste and flavor. Love their bowls, spicy burritos, and quesadillas and yet to try tacos and other options from the menu. But so far during all my visits whatever I have had has been consistent and fresh tasting.
Their portions are generous for the price and you wouldn't be hungry afterwards.

They offer a bowl of chips with every meal you order, which is pretty inviting too.

Tried to place an order on the app and that didn't work. Then I tried to place an order through Yelp on Grubhub and it got canceled with no explanation. I'm not sure if the location is closed or what is going on but the service is definitely subpar.

Their food taste has gone down. I could barely eat my burrito. Guacamole is still good.

Tried this place on my lunch break, and it was awesome! Very worth it! I'll be back!!

Sigh it's been 13 years since I last ordered a burrito from a Baja Fresh in lake Oswego/ Tualitin valley shop because of unbelievably rude and disrespectful customer disservice only to end up the same situation in Hillsboro. I decided to try the Baja Caesar burrito as touted a local favorite but after a 40 minute wait my single item order it was missing 3 main ingredients. They skipped the fresh sliced avocado, they forgot the tortilla chips strips and the cheese both counts were absent. I was so hungry after waiting so long I kept thinking it's just bunched up until halfway through with none of those ingredients. I turned it upside down again thinking they'd never forget the main ingredients so badly but none of those missing ingredients in any fraction appeared. The chicken was supposed to be grilled and the lettuce was chunk after chunk the hard stem leftovers I don't even put in a salad let alone a main dish item. They did leave out the pico and chipotle ranch as asked at least and added the rice showing that plus exactly right on my receipt. So this is definitely a back of house error but as happened the first time my meal was ruined and left holding the bill.

Always great customer service. The manager is fantastic. Food is great as always. We have never had a bad experience here and sadly don't live close anymore but happened to be in town and able to enjoy it.

Masks now worn properly! Prices really have gone up.

This is my favorite place. I've been to other Baja's and they don't compare. I love their salsa and Gilberto is amazing. He's very friendly, double checks to make sure orders are correct and made sure I knew about the baja rewards program. Very clean inside. I'm obsessed with their chips and salsa. Their chicken is also so delicious. My grandma loves the shrimp and my mom loves the salad! Everything I've had there is so good and I'll keep going back!

Always love Baja for a burrito or salad when short on time. The Ultimo Steak Burrito is always my go to, but the BBQ Chicken Salad was lunch today being it's diet time. It's a big salad and is about 38g of carbs, but is big enough to split to two meals. Really good deal for $8.99.

8.99 chicken nachos. So many I unhappy people waiting for their food and complaining loudly. So I had to check my food before I left. No sour cream, guacamole, or pico de Gallo. Plus look close. Hardly any cheese, chicken, or pinto beans. Everybody said "Never come back here again". I really don't want to say that but yes.
