LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT...
Everytime, I have gone to Bahama Breeze, I have had a great time. When you walk through the door the exoticism is emotive with the palm trees, and caribbean spices filling the air.
There is optional seating both inside and on the patio. I preferrably choose the patio so I can listen to the sounds of Coconut Frank as he plays reggae, r&b and soft rock.
This is a great place for friends and family. The service is outstanding and ambiance is a engaging.
This restaurant draws people from various demos however, its all love. You may even see a Dallas Mav enjoying the food and fun.
During my last visit, I saw Malik Yoba from the television series New York Undercover.
If you have never been, this place is a must....HAVE FUN!

Bahama Breeze is a small chain created by the owners of Red Lobster. The restaurant in a Caribbean style that's a little over the top, but has 2 bars, several seating areas and a large, covered outdoor patio with a fireplace for cold nights. Bahama Breeze is also home to one of the best designed men's bathroom that I've ever been in. The urinals are in an octagon shaped room with one urinal in each corner! You don't have worry about drunk men bumping shoulders with you as you try to handle your business, or looking over your shoulder to check the goods. Its great!
Bahama Breeze has some good drinks that are reasonably priced. I especially like their mojitos with real cane sugar sticks as their stirrer. Their food is good, though slightly Americanized, Caribbean staples. They also have the undeniable sense of freshness- items like their vegetable quesadillas pop with fresh peppers. As with most restaurants, they serve massive portions, but just about everything is available in lighter portions sizes.
I'm not too impressed with their deserts, but I've only tried a couple (when faced with a choice between a drink and desert, I'll choose the drink every time). The crowd is really nice, and is fairly balanced in terms of ethnicity, which is good (and rare in Irving, though the neighboring Chammp's Sports Bar is similar).
