This place has a nice selection of interesting sandwiches.  I've had the crispy drunken chicken, the pork loin with apricot aioli, and the fries.  The fries are not super truffley but are really pretty good.

It should be pointed out that this is not a place to bring a group.  Seating is extremely limited and I've often had to stand when there were only two of us.

One final note, if you want Salumi salami, go to Salumi.  This place is wonderful but their "Salumi" sandwich has about a third the meat that the real thing hits you with.

Came here after seeing Stella at TenPachi today.

+1 for the nice location: a little nook beside Peet's Coffee.
+1 for the cute doggy pictures for their theme decor
+1 for requesting more doggie photos from customers
+1 for the healthy variety
+1 for the perfect portions that do no leave you feeling like a J. Wellington Wimpy
+1 for friendliness
+1 for cleanliness
+1 for bringing my pork loin sandwich to me, while I did not expect table-side service.

So why can't I give this joint 8-stars?

Okay, so I'm vegetarian and this place pretty much has two options: The coconut tofu sandwich and the fries (well, I think there there salads but I've never had them). Lemme tell you, unless you're some kind of vegetarian freak who hates flavor-drenched, greasy, fried hunks of tofu, one sandwich option is all you need. I don't know how he (the owner/cook whose name I forget) does it, but this is really, really yummy tofu. The sandwich also has pickled jicama (or it could be radish), carrots, cilantro, and aoili, all on a fresh baguette. It's so good! I think I'll go there for lunch today, actually.

The fries are also really tasty. Very authentic, thick and flavorful. I really don't like mushrooms, or specifically very mushroomy-flavored things, so I don't care for the truffle fries. But according to everyone else I know who's had them, they're delicious.

One thing that puts this place over the top is the owner. He's really friendly and *really* cares about the food he serves. With very little prompting he will tell you all about the food you're about to eat. From some people that could be annoying, but from him I just want to listen all day about where he learned the special technique to cook the fries just so, or how he developed the marinade for the tofu. He's awesome.

As far as the other sandwiches, I took a group of coworkers here, fingers-crossed that the meat stuff would be good. They were all extremely satisfied! Oh, and all the wacky dog paintings are great.

Update: Okay, I did go there for lunch today and they have another veggie sandwich--grilled eggplant and zucchini. I just always ignored it because I don't like eggplant. And I forgot to mention that their potato salad is tasty.

Seems this place has some good reviews already in Seattle.  So, this is for all you Bay Area folks -- I know there are at least 2 of you, er, maybe one that reads my reviews!

Anyway, this place is dope, great lunch option in Capitol Hill area of Seattle.  They have a steady line-up of sandwiches served on super fresh baguettes and some daily specials...like the wine braised pork sandwich w/ cilantro and pickled onions that I had today -- YUM.

Dear Baguette Box,

You make the oh-so delicious sandwiches, but I would really prefer if my drunken chicken was fully cooked and not raw and bloody inside.

Who doesn't like this place?? Sandwiches are great, truffle fries are awesome, and beets salad is yummy! I love all of their sandwiches, but my favorite is Tofu sandwich and Salmon glavex. First time I went there, I almost faint because the sandwich (I think I had pork one) was too good!!!!!! TOO GOOD! I highly recommend this place.

3.5 rounding up to 4 thanks to service and crowd.

Came here on a Thursday at about 2pm with two friends and we got the last chair in the restaurant!  The place was packed with people that looked like college students... not the kind that takes up a whole table with a laptop & refuses to lend you their "spare" chair, but the kind that you'll engage in good discussion over baguette & beer.  Cool crowd.  The place is small (seats about 15 ppl) and it reminds me more of a converted art studio rather than a sit down restaurant.

We were greeted immediately and nicely by the girl behind the counter, who also happened to bring the food to us after we ordered them.  Found out that she is on the article posted in front of the counter.  Kudos to her since she was the only person working besides the chef taking orders and bringing food to the tables.

Had the crispy tofu baguette on a suggestion from a friend for $4.95+$0.85(avocado extra)... which was tasty but it basically reminded me more of a Vietnamese sandwich minus the meat.  We shared truffle fries which was really crispy and definitely had a different 'kick' to it than regular fries.  It's hard to justify $4.80 though for about 20 pieces of fries.  Homemade thai ice tea is neat with a dispenser located to the side.

Not a bad place to go if you're in the mood for a light lunch.  I'll try the drunken chicken next time.

Food: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 3.5/5
Service: 4/5
Value: 3.5/5

Very nice!

Drunken chicken; I agree with Sheila Y (as I almost always do), the chicken in my sandwich was quite moist. Still, breaded meat in bread...not my favorite.

Salumi sandwich: what a great idea; essentially a standard bahn mi (cilantro, pickled daikon and carrot) + tomato + salumi's finnochiona salami. A great pork sandwhich!

Lamb with yogurt: excellent, tender, yogurt not overpowering, the lamb flavor shining through

truffle oil fries: very nice, crispy, not quite enough sea salt, skins on, the waft of truffles going to the nose!

beet salad: very nice, excellent beets, olive oil, pepper, salt. great.

overall, very nice, solid four. Will be back.

i wish they had one of these in los angeles. it's basically a vietnamese sandwich restaurant with much better and tastier sandwiches. the line was a bit long when we were there, but it was worth the wait. there were no available table to eat @, so we ate on the ledge/table against the wall. i had the eggplant + zucchini sandwich. i don't really like eggplant, but i loved that sandwich. i think my boyfriend had the tofu one, which was braised & tasted like braised/bbq strips. mMmmmmmmm. a great, quick, yummy restaurant. oh, and the service was good too.

This is the place that started my sandwich craze. Yes, it all started with a "drunken chicken," my taste buds started singing their high-notes once they made contact with the "drunken chicken." However, I have come to a realization that they are just above average sandwiches. The sandwiches feel either overpriced or not substantial enough. I do have a big appetite. The truffle fries are great, but they are inconsistent with the truffle oil usage. Baguette Box is a great place, but I have found other places that are just above it. I still do go to this place to try their hoisin-braised pork, but they always seem to not have all the ingredients for it.

I never knew it was possible to chug a sandwich.

This delicious concoction came to my table; drunken crispy chicken with carmelized onions on a crispy/chewy baguette. I picked it up and started eating and realized that I was almost already halfway finished in just a few bits and hadn't even put it back on the plate yet.. So I had to summon all of my zen-like power so that I could savor this awesome lunch. "Back away from the sandwich" was my mantra.

Amazing sandwiches, nice atmosphere, extremely friendly staff. Folks we have a winnah!

Why have I only been here once?........ I have no idea, I really enjoyed it.

I went here in the summer with a friend of mine to grab a bite for the road.  The baguettes where right on. Crusty outside, soft inside (it's a shame how often one can come across a poorly made baguette).  I got the roast leg of lamb with cucumber yogurt baguette.  Geez, if I hated everything else on the menu, I'd still go back for that.  I was disappointed when I had asked the guy behind the counter if he would recommend the truffle fries and he said, "not for five bucks."  I got them anyway.  I'm not down for paying $5 for fries on a daily basis, but for a special treat, I'd do it again.

Heaven between bread may be a bit of an overstatement...(there is a lot you can fit between bread...) However I am surprised to see some Yelpers actually DISliked Baguette Box.  Honestly folks - this was dang good Banh Mi sandwich!

Yes - the menu was intricate, and the overt obsession with Dog photography was...well...nice? But the fragrant flavors inside the fresh baguette were a delicious myriad of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with Seattle style.

I would HIGHLY recommend the crispy tofu baguette. It was a perfect mix of sweet coconut and savory "crispy" tofu. I've seen some griping over prices...but $4.75? Really? That would even be cheap for Portland!

I did have to watch my fellow yelpers squeeze the grease from the grilled lemongrass skirt steak baguette, which was not high on my selling-point-yardstick, but overall - a fantastic lunch spot.
Yum. I would go back right now if I could!

This is my favorite sandwich place, ever!!!!
Anytime we have friends or family come in from out of town, we take them here and they all agree- one of the tastiest sandwich joints they've ever visited. I've tried a lot of their sandwiches and have never really been disappointed. I especially like the chorizo sandwich, and my other new favorite, which is a new addition to the menu, is the pork belly sandwich. Melts in your mouth...

There seems to be two camps when it comes to the Baguette Box. There are those who think the sandwiches and truffle fries are the second coming of whomever it is you kids are worshiping these days, and there are those who think the sandwiches and truffle fries are completely overrated.

I think I fall somewhere in the middle, as I can appreciate the Baguette Box's unique menu offerings, but I'm not so much a fan of hot sandwiches, which is pretty much all they serve. I knew that going in, yet I still wanted to try the Crispy Drunken Chicken. I just HAD to see what all the fuss was about.

My sandwich was just OK. It was like eating sweet and sour chicken on crispy, chewy bread, which was an odd pairing, the juxtaposition of Asian and French cuisines. The baguette itself was delightful, and it held up against sogginess on our way to Bumbershoot, which was a nice bonus. Though, I did not enjoy the mess of saucy onions, most of which ended up outside the sandwich.

My husband had the Roast Leg of Lamb sandwich, which he said was just alright, too. Granted, he's not easily impressed, but he's never met a hot sandwich he didn't love, and this one didn't excite him much. Overall, he gave the sandwich a shoulder shrug, which is actually code for: eh.

On the other hand, however, the truffle fries were really good, though for the sake of being picky, I would've liked just a few more at nearly $5 a pop. But it's a smart upsell item, for sure, as we couldn't pass them up. We also experienced amiable service from the cashier, despite our being there on a holiday. He was surprisingly pleasant, and we got our food relatively fast.

The Baguette Box is not your typical cold cuts deli. Perhaps the great divide between those who love the place and those who hate it is just a matter of personal preference. For me, it's not quite worth the trek for something I'm just not a fan of to begin with.

I wanted to like the drunken chicken, but I just didn't.  It reminded me of Panda Express Orange Chicken of my suburban mall-saturated childhood.  The chicken, albeit crispy, was fatty and chewy in places.  I agree with the other reviewers that the french baguette is great, but just couldn't get excited about the filling.
Ordered the regular fries and they are a step up from the norm with the skins on and all.  I must say other options on the menu started looking damn good as I was powering my way through my sandwich.  I will update this after I try the tofu and the house cured lox sandwiches, which both sounded waay better.

Edit/Update:
K...went today and I ordered the lamb with yogurt sauce and my girlfriend got the coconut tofu with avocado.  F'in awesome...one more time and this is shooting to five star status.

I give this place a 2.5 really. I got the tuna salad sandwich and it was pretty good, but, I know this is going to sound ridiculous-the music they were playing had a negative effect on my liking of this place. It was some bad techno, house, club music. I felt like at any moment that the lights would turn low, a disco ball was going to pop out from the ceiling, and people dressed in feather boas would parade around me. That's fine in all if you're into that but it's a freakin' sandwich shop!!

Salumi special is always the way to go.  I don't recommend springing for the truffle fries, which can either be a bit overpowering or leave you asking what happened to the truffles.  Save that extra money and put it towards one of the cold beers they offer.

Tasty sandwiches!  Gourmet taste, full of flavor, and fresh!  My only gripe was the price.  Ordered two sandwiches, truffle fries, and two sodas = $22USD.  OUCH!  Didn't exect to spend that much for sandwiches and some.  I would have given more stars if it didn't dent my wallet.  Also the cashier/waiter was a bit stand-off-ish...didn't smile...with a look as if he hated his job.  Plus he gave this intention of rushing us while ordering...when there was no one in line behind us.  What's the rush?  It's mid-afternoon and we were the only customers inside.

Perhaps I'm a bit spoiled by the value I would get for a traditional Vietnamese sandwich, but I have to remember that these are more gourmet and not to be compared.

I had the Crispy Drunken Chicken sandwich.....MMM.  Tender flavored chicken with tender sweet onions that gush out of the baguette after each bite.  My gf had the pulled pork.  A great combination of tender sweet and salty.

Overall, a bit disappointed at the service and the value.  Props for the taste, but not worth value for the portions.  Especially the portions for the truffle fries...almost $5....for fries filled in a small 12oz cup.

The first time I noticed this place it was the pug with a baguette in its mouth that caught my eye.  Since then (and before I bothered to look it up on Yelp) it's been known to my friends as the dog/baguette place.  The decent Yelp reviews made me take it a little more seriously, and I finally got around to trying it on Saturday night.

The drunken chicken sandwich was pretty good and extremely drip-down-your-hand-onto-your-nice-coat messy.  The bread was a crusty French-tasting concoction that is infinitely better than the Banhn Mi equivalent.  The rest of the sandwich was decent: I literally can't turn down caramelized onions on anything (I know, I'm hopeless), the fresh cilantro was a nice touch but the fried chicken in a mediocre Americanized-Chinese sauce left something to be desired.  I'll probably give something else a go next time. Ultimately this place was good enough to mandate a next-time.

As a side-note, what on earth was going on with the music?  I mean, I'm in (let's face it) a yuppified hipster restaurant smack-dab in Capitol Hill, and they are playing the most generic alternative rock you can possibly imagine.  In the name of all that is holy - WHY?!?

I'm new to Seattle, so maybe this was a first-timer mistake. This may win me more enemies then friends, but it's the truth:

I don't really love Thai food.

I'm sure that I'll be forced to change my cilantro-phobic ways, but for the time being, I try to steer somewhat clear of it. As such, I thought that Baguette Box would be a safe bet. Imagine my surprise when my steak (not Thai) sandwich (not Thai) at a place called Baguette (not Thai) Box was filled with both cilantro and spicy Thai chile sauce (SO MUCH THAI).

I would have ordered the eggplant/squash or drunken chicken sandwich, but neither was available due to some unexplained shortage of ingredients that they insist doesn't normally happen.

Regardless, despite the lack of available ingredients and the overwhelming amount of Thai, I really enjoyed my experience at Baguette Box. I couldn't handle the spiciness of the sandwich, so I forced my friend to trade me for his lamb sandwich, which was a refreshingly Mediterranean morsel with really thinly sliced lamb, bell peppers, and cool yogurt sauce. I wish the lamb had been more seasoned, but the yogurt sauce was good and the peppers livened up the flavor.

It's really conveniently located in Capitol Hill to my favorite district of coffeeshops, boutiques, and music stores, it's open all kinds of hours, and the soundtrack was hilarious (we heard Cyndi Lauper, the Spice Girls, and the Supremes). There was parking a block away, which is a huge surprise to my San Francisco-based loathing of parking.

Plus, the Thai Iced Tea was delicious and I love the paintings of pugs everywhere. They also have Stella Artois on tap, which is a sign of excellent taste and a trustworthy owner.

I am absolutely going back to try the highly reputable truffle fries and chicken sandwich.

EDIT: Thank you, Michelle B. for pointing out that the sandwiches are Vietnamese. Novice mistake on my part, due to my lack of experience with anything related to cilantro. Huge apologies on my part!

I noticed some people are rating this place as a "Vietnamese Sandwich shop" but I am not going to rate this place as Vietnamese sandwich shop.  Yes, it is very much influenced by Vietnamese sandwich but I think Baguette Box uses the influence to create their own unique food.  And, I believe they are extremely successful at it.  All of their meat sandwiches are amazing.

I think it's ingenious to use Vietnamese sandwich to incorporate other gourmet ingridients into the baguettes.  Deep friend sweet and sour chicken in a baguette, COME ON!  You know that's gonna be good!  Lemongrass Skirt steak in a baguette?  Can't go wrong there either.  It's definitely a place where you can taste creativity.

Service can be a little bit slow during busy time, but people are pretty nice there.  Lunch times are quite busy.  I suggest getting there before 12PM for lunch.  It's definitely a must try.

I finally made it here!  I love Monsoon and have driven by here numerous times without stopping by.  Plus, it gets pretty good ratings from Yelpers!

I ordered the beets and the marinated skirt steak sammich.  The beets were sliced really thin and it was a huge plate.  Tasty, but a little oily.  The skirt steak was good, but be forewarned that it has some sort of spicy rouille inside that has a little pop.  It also was a little oily....maybe I should have waited a bit to let the bread soak it up.

The staff was really personable and kept checking up on me.  I liked the woman behind the counter.  She was pretty cool.

This would pretty much be the same review as the one I wrote for the Fremont location:
+Tasty sandwich
+Good ingredients, especially bread
+Price is right
-Cold Space

The difference here is that the BB on Pine didn't have the fly problem.

I got a roast pork tenderloin sandwich that was warm and perfect for a cold January day. Be warned if you order it though, it's beyond juicy. The bread will be saturated with delicious juice by the end and you will get it all over your hands. There's no real way to eat it with knife and fork, so just get some napkins and wash up in the bathroom in the back when you're done. These kind of sacrifices must be made in the name of the sandwich. I slightly prefer the tofu sandwich though, and if you're dainty that is a much neater option.

How many songs does it take to eat a sandwich, drink a beer, and split an order of fries at Baguette Box?

6.

Yes, that's how many times I heard a terrible song, played on repeat as some kind of cruel punishment, while dining at Baguette Box.  Something along the lines of LFO-meets-Clay Aiken should never be played once, much less over and over.

As for the food, I went with a friend, so I was able to try two different sandwiches: the drunken chicken and the pork with apricot aioli.  Well, the pork was supposed to have apricot aioli, but all I could taste was bread and dry meat.  Not impressed.  The drunken chicken was alright, though nothing to get excited about; however, I did really enjoy the fries.

So, not the absolute worst place ever, but it's definitely not worth making the trip over here if it's not in your neighborhood.

I can really only comment on two menu items because, as a mostly-vegetarian, that's all I ever order*. The braised tofu sandwich and the truffle fries are great. The bread is excellent. The tofu sandwich has always been a tad greasy and messy, but today it was perfect. I recommend asking for light on the onions if you plan to talk to anyone afterward..like for two days. Despite similar ingredients, I think of this and a Vietnamese sandwich as two different creatures, but that's ok. The folks who work here are really nice; if you want your order faster, call ahead and get it to go (skip the fries, in that case). I just wish they would introduce a rotating special sandwich so I could occasionally get out of my rut and order something new.

*They do offer 1 other vegetarian sandwich and some side dishes.

The meat was tender and the sandwich tasted good!
I had Braised Pork sandwich with roasted red pepper,,,juicy and yummy.
I like it. I'll try something else next time.

The dog paintings are cute(they put the dog logo on the receipt, too) but the interior needs little bit more attention..? They can do better! don't u think?

-UPDATE-
i went to this place again and i think just the floor needs to be re-stained,,,and the whole space would look a lot better.

Their Skirt Steak was delicious. Drunken Chicken was not good,,,I wonder why,,,. Maybe just a bad day...? The flavor of the sauce was way too strong that I couldn't finish it.

It's a rare place when you can look at the menu and know that everything is good.  Every sandwich I've ever had, even the ones with ingredients that made me wary, has been excellent.  Not just adequate, not just good, excellent.  So choose without fear - your meal will be wonderful.

One note is to not forget about the side dishes.  The potato salad is tasty (large serving too), and the truffle fries have my eyes watering at just the thought.

Cute decor too, what with the dog theme.  Very cozy, a coziness that continues considering the relatively small size of the place (if you've got a group, think takeout).

They also have delivery next door to The Baltic Room during happy hour.  Not sure why you need delivery to a place that's next door, but I'm sure those reasons exist.

This place is a perfect example of how Fremont can be precious, anxious to be different and somewhat small and disappointing.  You know the trend: comfort food dressed up with an ethnic lilt so as to seem innovative and yet so down-to-earth, but not actually spicy or daring. Baguette Box has attitude coming out the wazoo but the sandwiches, at least for vegetarians, are actually pretty greasy and unexciting except for their greasiness (greasy is good if you get enough taste to go with it; here you don't). The place is also expensive for what you get, and that's even by San Francisco (where I'm from) standards. I know I sound grumpy, but I honestly think you'd do better to cross the street and go to Baja Fresh, or get a piece of corn-bread at the PCC, and no I am not saying either one of those options is that great, either.

Dear Baguette Box: My husband and I aren't that much more perverted than most, but we still giggle every time we say your name, as it just reminds us too much of slang for certain anatomical parts.

Other than the dirty jokes, the food here is gooood. I also ate here twice in one week while in town, though the second time (we ordered from this location) the stupid jerks running the place didn't actually put my damn Drunken Chicken in our carry-out order, so I ended up sharing a few steak baguettes with my husband and friends. The other time I ate here was at the Fremont location, where I had the meatloaf and some truffle oil fries. I have to say, truffle oil just sort of tastes like burned to me, but the meatloaf was so insanely tender and melty, it was close to perfect, but was missing cheese (which none of the sandwiches seem to have - duuuudes, cheese makes everything even better!).

i was recently backpacking in southeast asia where i discovered the vietnamese sandwich. my hometown of st. louis does not delve into such "exotic" foods, so when i walked around the streets of seattle and found the sandwich shops to be ubiquitous, i was of course intrigued to try some.

baguette box is the p.f. chang's of vietnamese sandwiches. if you like your ethic food horribly butchered and americanized, this is the place for you. i read reviews, and decided to try the crispy chicken sandwich. whoever likened to the chicken from panda express, they were dead on (i admit to having eaten panda express since i spend half of my time traveling between airports). I try not to let one menu item define my opinion of a place, so i returned a few weeks later to try the red wine braised pork sandwich. this sandwich was so greasy and slathered with their special mayo, that i almost didn't notice that it was way over-salted. its a nice spot with trendy people passing through, but if you're going because you want a good sandwich, i suggest looking elsewhere (try saigon deli).

as a side note, the truffle fries are in fact great. they are the reason that i gave 3-stars instead of 2. don't bother getting the fries without the truffle oil... it's worth the extra two bucks.

We are *so* over this place. Every time we go, poor execution torpedoes a nifty "bahn mi-goes-global" sandwich-shop concept. And they're always out of the first two things I want to eat... argh. How hard is it to keep your menu up to date?

I took a business lunch here the other day - happy that it was suggested because for some reason I had not tried!

Very good - I had the pork loin with apricot aoli and was a happy girl.  The meat was perfect; thinly sliced and tender.  The topping was perfect, and I make a damn good apricoty pork loin dish, so I wouldn't tend to be easily impressed by this flavor combination.  The bread was amazing honestly - does anyone know if they make it themselves?

The truffle fries are ridiculous - though I was stuffed, I found myself thinking of ordering more.  Thank God that is was a biz thing - if I were alone or with friends I would have cleaned them out.

The only reason they aren't getting five from me is that I had to clean off my own table.

UPDATE - Demoted to three stars because my to-go order sucked today and let's face it, if you can't wrap it up and put it in a bag there's a problem.  The bread wasn't the same awesome stuff I had the other day, I watched my fries sit and get cold as they made me my back-up order (they were out of what I ordered on the phone) and they were out of ketchup.  No goodies today.

Great.  Truffle fries are so good they make me cry.  Lemongrass skirt steak is the best of the sandwiches.  Green bean salad also very very good.  Plus beer!

The Baguette Box, located east of the main shopping and business area on the Pike-Pine corridor, is hot. The drunken chicken sandwich is crispy with a subtle kick while the wine-braised pork shoulder is tender and worth much more than the price on the wall. The Box is also rumored to have one of the tastiest tofu sandwiches around. Regardless, skip the just-ok salad in favor of their well-seasoned and addictive truffle fries and be sure to get there early. The Box is still tinkering with its supply and has been known to run out of its most popular sandwiches by early afternoon.  After a carton of truffle fries, you might need a walk.

Despite the pretty lackadasical service and attitude we encountered when ordering, I have to admit Baguette Box can make a mean sandwich.

The Lemon Grass Skirt Steak Sandwich was the winner for me, albeit a little to greasy for my tastes.  Add an oder of truffle oil fries to the mix and you've got yourself a pretty decent lunch on/in your hands.

I'd probably give Baguette Box four stars if their was little more tenderness at the counter (honestly, our fellow customers were more cordial than the staff!?).

Three words:

Truffle. Oil. Fries.

yah they cost like 7 bucks, and yah the service here is so inconsistent you might wait forever and a half in an empty cafe for them to appear, but at the end of the day, its the food that speaks to me and ooooooh yum. Having them here set off a truffle oil fries search frenzy closer to home, but sadly I have yet to find ones that match up - I think because other places drizzle the oil on top, rather than straight up deep frying it IN truffle oil a la baguette box.

I've had the drunken chicken and the lamb sandwich, and I enjoy the asian inspiredness of them, making them slightly unique. The braised tofu is decent as well, but my least favorite of the three. The baguette is soft and tasty. not the BEST sandwich I've had but pretty good.

If you aren't feeling sandwichie, the potato gruyere  and hot and sour soup are good. The hot and sour has has tofu and yummy wood-ear mushrooms and is served with green onions on top so both options are  satisfying (and significantly faster) than the other menu items.

But really, TRUFFLE. OIL. FRIES.

Yes, they make a fantastic (if a bit bready) sammich, but it's a tad uneven.  I've been a couple of times, and the same tofu sandwich has been (1) slathered in yummy, piquant sauce and (2) pretty dry.  It would be nice to have a bit more consistency.

But the truffle fries are amazing - especially the crispy bits at the bottom of the cup.

Oh, and I echo the comments about the service - they're a bit standoffish, but relatively competent.
