good bagels, especially for North Windham.
NYC it is not, but passable bread-like, some bubbles, some crispyness, a little bit chewy. overall, not bad.
i liked their "crazy bagel" with everything.
I would just like to say how wonderful B1 is. I have never been to such a place, around where I live there is garbage. But B1 is such a great way to start off my day. I wish I could go there everyday, its perfect for breakfast or lunch. I just wish B1 was open later that is probably the only flaw. I always order a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and it is just too tasty to pass up this lovely bagel over flowing with creamy cream cheese! =)
I would also like to comment on the person below me who stated that he did not get enough chicken on his bagel because my boyfriend always orders the same thing and gets plenty of delicious buffalo chicken on his.
I am giving bagel one 5 stars because it is TOO MINTTT
It's the place to get bagels in the area. As authentic as it gets in this part of the state. Many cream cheeses to choose from and always fast and great service. If you have been having that hunkering for that bagel burger and a Snapple to wash it down with - Bagel One is the only one.
