Bagali's has never let me down. They have some of the friendliest service and best food in Vail. This was one of our post soccer game spots last winter. It was so nice to be able to find seats at the bar, eat huge appetizers until we couldn't eat anymore, and drink a great pour of Guiness. The food is amazing and everything is priced well, especially if you are in the business.
Anyone looking for a good meal should go here, you won't be disappointed. Ask for Aaron to wait on you if he's still around too. -

Cheese is pretty incredible, even if it means that we humans are sucking on a cow's teet. Eventually I want to stop eating the stuff someday, but I am not quite ready yet. Especially if it's the baked brie at Bagali's served on an oversized platter with blackberries, strawberries, apple slices, various types of crackers. Our waitress seemed distressed with our brie portion size that she demanded the chef give us a bit more. That's right, more cow teet suckin'. Kudos to the waitress looking out for her customers.
The pasta dish was also excellent. It was capellini with a sauce that was marinara mixed with a wine cream sauce and pesto spread on top of the eggplant Parmesan. Delish!
Good wine selection, DJ spinnin' some tunes, and nice spinach and Gorgonzola cheese salad. Caramelized walnuts, you can't go wrong with those things EVER!
So many great eats in Vail, but this one is cozy and the food tasty. -

I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars, since that's really what it deserved. I must say the entrees were solid. We had the stuffed shells and the ravioli with corsara sauce as one of the other reviewers recommended. Definitely enjoyed that, so if you want solid italian food, this is a good spot.
I knocked off a couple stars for desert where I ordered the tiramisu. Tiramisu is probably my favorite desert and is the bar that I judge italian places on. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst tiramisu I've ever had. I think it was sitting in the fridge for days. The lady fingers were soggy and mushy and the mascarpone was just nasty and crusty. Was quite unappetizing.
My other complaint is the service was a bit weak. Not very friendly. Just cold and robotic, so didnt feel too welcome.
Probably being a bit nit picky, but it really was just good. Not great. If you want Italian, this is probably your place. If you want a good spot for dinner, I'm sure there's better in Vail for the price. -

Good Italian food with a laid back atmosphere. Their margarita pizza is pretty good, but based on what my friends have said, the lasagna is what you should go for. If it's a nice night, they have a deck where you can relax and have a drink after a good meal.

I have never had a bad meal here or bad service. I love the pizza and salads. It might be the best deal for the amount you get. While my dad was visiting Vail 2 years ago I had a Bagali's craving. I took him even though he hates Italian food. He ordered the lasagna and loved it. It is the only lasagna he will eat. The pasta there is great too. I highly recommend the corsara sauce on any of their pastas.
