Size.  Taste.  Quality : Price ratio.  In a side by side taste test of burgers from Backyard vs. In-N-Out, my vote goes unequivocally to the former.  In fact, there's no comparison it's almost unfair.  And while the folks at our west coast franchise are trained to be well-mannered, no amount of Hospitality 101 could prepare you for that obliging southern charm--right down to each order which is brought out to you.  

So what are we talking about here:

*100% charbroiled 1/3 lb. Black Angus beef burgers made right off the grill.  

~Backyard - lettuce, tomato, red onions, dill pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup
~Black Jack - seared in blackening seasoning, pepper jack, tangy Creole mayo, lettuce, tomato
~Bacon Cheddar - hickory smoked bacon, grated cheddar cheese, red onion, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, ketchup
~Mushroom Swiss - sauteed mushrooms, swiss, mayo, lettuce, tomato
~Miz Grazi Spicy Backyard - Miz Grazi Hot Stuff sauce, grated cheddar, red onion, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, ketchup

Backyard also serves an array of chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, chili dogs, garden burgers, salads and sides, including seasoned and waffle fries.

Always made fresh, I love Backyard Burger almost as much as Manhattan's Shake Shack.  

My only complaint:  Why are all the juiciest, most savory burgers a 6+ hour flight away from me?!  WAH...
