I can't say enough positive things about Backyard Bootcamp...it's hard, fun, tough, challenging, outside, best workout of my life, and did I mention, it's hard. Leslie has created such an outstanding workout program, and coupled with her "can do" motto, you'll be personally challenged like never before!
I just recently joined the new Backyard Bootcamp Fit Club for women and I love it!!! Every workout is different and you never get bored. The instructors Leslie works with are a true extension of her...they are full of energy, knowledge and push you to new levels...oh, and they're fun too.
Out of shape? In shape and just looking to get your butt kicked? Look no further.
Leslie & her team doesn't mess around when it comes to fitness. You'll get a clear, sensible and very doable diet plan and three 75 minute outdoor training sessions a week for three weeks. You'll run for miles and miles, do a million jumping jacks and even more pushups. You'll scale steep hills and crawl through mud. You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you won't be able to sit on the toilet when you have to pee in the middle of the night.
Bootcampers range in ages, sizes and fitness levels, so Leslie makes sure to tailor the workout to each person needs. If you're a little slower like me, you'll get a boost from your more, um, agile comrades because no one ever gets left behind. And don't forget to fill out your food journals, or you (and everyone else) are sure to suffer the consequences.

Yep, She's Right! I have to admit it, even though I run it....it is the BEST WORKOUT IN THE VALLEY!
