History
Established in 1969
Back to Health Wellness Center is continuing over 40 years of service as Applegate Clinic of Chiropractic. Dr. Matthew Kirkham was born and raised in LaPorte and associated with Dr. Dale Applegate for 13 before purchasing the office in 2009. Back to Health Wellness Center is continuing to provide excellent chiropractic care as well as physical therapy, massage therapy and a weight loss program.
Meet the Business Owner: Matthew K.
Dr. Matthew Kirkham completed his doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1998. He furthered his education by becoming LaPorte's only Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.
