Established in 1999
Back On Track Physical Therapy is an independent, full service, outpatient provider of physical therapy services. We specialize in unique one on one patient care, with specializations in manual therapy, orthopedic, sports medicine and aquatic treatment. Our main office, located at 1180 Beacon Street in Brookline, Massachusetts, occupies the administrative staff for all the locations and several physical therapists. We also have physical therapy locations in Newton (Boston Sports Club), Waltham (Waltham Athletic Club), Danvers (Atlantis Sports Club), Cambridge (WellBridge Athletic Club), and our newly designed clinic in Bedford. Our occupational therapist operates at 1269 Beacon Street in Brookline. Here we are able to share onsite resources, including world-class pools, equipment, and various wellness programs.
