The guy who owns this shop is amazing. Not only does he help you out in a pinch, but he is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Great bicycle shop.

So... I'm in Crescent City with a broken bicycle. There is exactly one bicycle shop in town. Lucky for me it was Back Country Bicycle! First of all; excellent phone etiquette (something that seems to be unimportant in these parts.) The bike shop guy told me if I brought my bike in, he'd take a look at it. I took my bike in and not only did the guy look at it, he fixed it in, like, a minute.
