Pro: location, cost (about $5 for pants, jackets), speed (most items ready next evening), nice staff
Con: Haven't run into any yet. I hope they don't lose my clothes (like in other reviews).
Horrible. They are very cheap, which is why I went there. They did my dress shorts fine, but I don't think they used soap for my laundry. Most items still looked dirty, and several items were extremely wrinkled. Will not return.
If you don't want to read my long rant, moral of the story is: they almost ruined a pair of pants and I will not be returning, even if they are able to somewhat rectify the situation. Don't go here.
I used this place about 4 times, only for dry cleaning pants. I picked up a pair this morning, went home to put them on, and they barely fit and were super short. I'm almost 100% certain they put them in the wash and dried them (they are chinos and look slightly like regular cotton khakis). They were also generally wrinkly looking and were ironed somewhat haphazardly in the wrong direction (creases on the sides of the legs instead of down the front and back).
I brought them back immediately to complain about my ruined pants and the lady made me try them on to demonstrate, which I did. (Adding to my suspicion that they were washed she made some comment about how they looked like 'regular' pants).
I got them to fit reasonably around my waist, but they were still short and looked absurd. In an effort to salvage them I've asked that she re-hem them so they are long enough. I will probably be able to get the waist to stretch out a little more so they fit better. Hopefully they come back in a wear-able state.
Regardless, I will not be returning and I recommend against others risking their clothes here. When I went in to pick up my stuff there was someone else complaining that one of her sheets was not in her laundry when she picked it up. Didn't sound like the staff was going to find them.
We've been going here for years. They lost a tablecloth, but that's about it.
10% discount for students. Great wash/dry/fold and dry cleaning prices. No delivery but great service!

affordable dry-cleaning for students. They missed a deadline for me once on a suit, but I haven't had any other problems with them. Not the fastest (next-day service can get swamped at times), but at least they'll be honest and suggest that you try your luck elsewhere.
If you are a student and expect to pay the student rate...forget it. They will pretend they do not speak English and will charge you the full amount. They also steal things. My daughter brought her clothes in a cute hamper and they took it and claimed they had no idea what she was saying when she asked for it back.....Find another place to get your laundry done.

Honestly....I joined yelp just so that I could warn everyone about this horrible cleaners. I began using their wash-dry-fold laundry service after my old cleaners went out of business. Back Bay Galleria was extremely cheap but NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS. I picked up my clothes one day and everything was dyed blue....and they still made me pay for it. Everytime I was in there, someone was complaining to them. They are the most inexpensive place in town....for a reason.....stay away.
