Babinski's likes to think of itself as a purveyor of high end baby products for the discriminating parent.  It does carry a lot of higher end (or more expensive) baby stuff like strollers, clothing and carriers.  The store is small and the selection is limited to what they think qualifies as high end.  One time we called them because they were listed as a vendor for a certain manufacturer, and they sniffed haughtily that they "no longer carried that" manufacturer's product.  

There were times when they didn't carry certain products that we had been looking for (like the Quinny Buzz stroller) but now they are carrying that brand.  The staff appears to be very young and most of the time stand around talking to each other.  We've had moderate successes finding items there that were priced comparably with products on the internet, such as a moses basket.  They do have cute baby clothes and presents.  They have weird hours (close at 7pm at night) and are closed on Sundays (which is when I do most of my shopping).  If you're looking for something specific, call ahead before driving over.
