Ignorance plays a large role in the rating of this business. I don't know what makes a great baby superstore except for a large quantity of stuff. And this place has a ton of stuff. Maybe to much stuff? I had no idea there were so many nipple choices for bottles. I had no idea how much crap a baby required. Do they really need all this stuff? The customer service people must see alot of deer in headlights looks, because they were patient and helpful in maneuvering us to where we needed to go. I recommend going with a ton of energy because, aside from the size, the overall environment is exhausting--very pregnant women, lots of crying/noisy (almost one in the same to me) babies, and lots of lost dads.
