Like any other babies r us, this store carries all your infant needs.  From clothing, toys, cribs, strollers, etc.  Great collection of baby einsteins too --- helpful when shopping for baby showers since you can create a wish list here too.  The real reason I yelp'd about this place though is because of my fondest memory/joke we have about this location.
One day driving down US 19,  a friend who had moved here from China about 5 yrs prior looked over at Babies R Us and posed this infamous question  ---- "I wonder if they sell chineses babies"
hahaahahahahahahahahahahhhhahahh.  yes you read that correctly, not adopt, but SELL babies   :)
