The tired me from work accidentally scratched the passenger rear side of the body (right above the wheel frame) on my Camry..... I checked out 3 places for quotes, which mostly ended up in above one thousand because of the unfortunate location of that minor scratch T_T. B2 Perfection was the only place that told me that I had two options to fix it. Although pricing of the tow options was drastically different, Jon was very frank and clear about what the out come was for both plans. $50 for quick and easy touch up and polish(I needed to prepare my own touch up paint) OR around $1500 to get it done perfect. I was in a dilemma for a while and Jon suggested that I could do the touch up and if I didn't really like it, do the other option later.
After fighting myself in my brain and asking a few friends, I decided to go with the option that would save me some $$ and time, I emailed right away (they closed early on Easter weekend). Their assistant gave me a prompt enough response on the following Monday and arranged my drop off. (I was surprised that they offer two way shuttle service where most places don't, ....at least toyota dealers don't...)
I brought in my car the next day and was waiting to get dropped off to work. Instead, Jon told me that he would fix my scratch for free right away if I could wait for 45 mins. The result was....they fixed the scratch in about 30 mins and was done like as he had described when I asked for a quote. It wasn't perfect, but a nice enough job to barely notice it within a distance. I was worried that the rain today would ruin the paint, but after driving in the rain for at least 1 hour today, it looked just like when the job was finished. (I'm still gonna observe for a few days though.)
Hopefully the paint would last so picky me wouldn't need to bring my car back there again. However, if I really want to redo and make it perfect again, I would definitely bring my car to B2. Jon was totally clear about the options (and frank about being happy to take all your $$) and did his best to fix the problem as promised (even if it was for free...). His staff was friendly and seems to remember most of the customers too.
Another thing is that when I was waiting.....several Benz & BMWs were brought in, which I guess also reflects to the quality of work they do so that people trust them to get their luxury cars fixed. -

These guys did a phenomenal job taking care of my mini cooper! I was in a fender-bender where a truck hit my passenger side door and fender, and they were great in handling it from beginning to end. They walked me through the estimate and explained which items they were going to replace, and were very good about giving me updates. They even gave me rides to/from the rental car place and let me drop off my rental car at their shop. They worked very well w/ my insurance company and followed up when necessary.
When my car was done, it looked even better than how it did before the accident. The detail job was amazing, they cleaned every nook and cranny of my car and it was sparkling when it was done (must be the great clay and wax job). They even replaced a small light that was falling off even though it had nothing to do w/ the accident, for free! I couldn't find my ipod (not sure if I took it with me or left it in the car) but they offered to replace it. Their service is really top notch, and there's no other place I would take my mini too if I were ever in another collision. -

enter car. input gps navigation: 150 N wolfe rd. start ignition. drive. attempt to park in b2's parking lot--full--damn, let me park in the fire zone real quick.
upon receiving a print out of my estimate... Jon and I came to an agreement: quality reigns supreme. not only in regards to parts but also with the delivery of service.
this body shop is tech savvy, they email you updates of your car with photos. fan-freakin'-tastic. Jon and Linda are a great team and give timely correspondence, which i completely appreciated.
they also offer free shuttling service to the shop or to your work. how CONVENIENT and CONSIDERATE.
no wonder b2's parking lot was full... full of satisfied customers !! would rec this place to anyone.
overall, I am completely satisfied with the work completed on my car as well as the detailing. had my car LOOKING, feeling, and smelling shiny and new... thank you B2 ! -

When I first called B2 Perfection, I was put in touch with Rudy, who right away asked me how I heard of them. When I told him "Yelp" he laughed and thanked me for my call, assuring me that they were proud of the status they had earned.
A 5-star rating is the holy grail of a small business on Yelp; it means that every customer leaves satisfied, no matter how big or small the job. After my Mercedes was in and out of B2 Perfection several times I can say that Rudy and his team at B2 Perfection have definitely earned the 5 star status.
From start to finish, Rudy was very professional in addressing the damage to my car. When he found out I was paying out of pocket, we went over alternatives to save me money, and came up with a final estimate that my wallet could handle.
Once my car was finished, it looked better than before the accident. People compliment me constantly, even though my Mercedes is over 20 years old! I was very satisfied with the quality of work performed at B2 Perfection and would not hesitate to bring another car in. -

I was there at 9am on 3/17/12. I explained to John that my trunk had a water leak. I also told him that the car had been previously in an accident. He then told me that they wouldn't work on my car because they were afraid that they couldn't fix the problem correctly and that they didn't want to deal with me coming back if I had a recurrence. I read many 5 star reviews with so many compliments on how good their work is. This is a water leak. How hard can it be to fix? Is it true that they get 5 star reviews because they bribe customers with a free detail?
I've been driving cars for 27 years and this is the first time that I've been refused service at a shop. -

This place is amazing. I just picked up my 335i today after getting my truck lid replaced and a few scratches fixed on my rear bumper. I swear the car looks better now than it did brand new. They did a phenomenal job. The guys are work were all ooogling over it too when I got back to work. I can't believe how great it looks. Did I tell you how great my car looks?
They clay bar waxed the entire car and even steam cleaned all the carpets and floor mats!! Definitely went above and beyond. There was even a small spot on the hood where previous visits to the dealership and detail locations were unable to get out, but when I got the cat back today, it was gone! I didn't even mention it to them either.
I worked with Blake when I brought my car in and was pretty bummed out at first since I thought I would be covering my repairs out of pocket. The damage on the truck lid was really random, don't know how it had happened - Not from another car hitting it,. I'd never had to use my car insurance for anything before and Blake helped me out and explained that my comp insurance would probably cover it and even waited while I called in the claim. He helped me weigh my options with using insurance or paying out-of-pocket. I lucked out in the end and only had to pay $100 out-of-pocket!! Thank goodness for insurance.
Blake even noticed that one of the "S"'s on my SJ Sharks license plate holder was missing and fixed it for me!
The customer service here is unbeatable and the quality of the work top notch.
Seriously...my car looks freakin awesome right now. I had to give Blake a hug when I saw it.
People - don't go elsewhere. You can't go wrong here. -

They really, I mean, really care about their customer!
I've gotten into a minor car accident twice. Once, somebody bumped and left a deep dent on the rear back and second one, it got T-boned and there was a HUGE dent the right side of the car, followed by a gigantic black scratch.
For both accidents, I took my car here and the results were AMAZING. Everytime, my car would come out as if it was new.
For my second visit here, they also polished the scratches on my car!!! They told me they replaced the door because it was so damaged and they did such a good job on that.
Some other major pluses:
- They do a SUPER GREAT job on follow-ups. The people there would always give me update about my car. SEND ME PICTURES OF PROGRESS and would ALWAYS reply my email really fast!!
- After each repair, my car would always smell so nice :)
- The staff are super friendly !
Bottomline: YES, this is the place to go if you have any problems for your car!! -

They really care about making you happy. I brought my car in to get an aftermarket carbon fiber trunk painted and installed. The first trunk didn't fit very well and they offered to just charge me for labor. I took the hit and brought them a higher end trunk. They readily took it and gave me the same deal. They cared more about my satisfaction then charging for every nickel and dime. That to me is a business that cares more about its customers then how much money they can make off you. Trust is always valued and these guys have it.

Asian driving + stucco wall = bad news.
Thankfully, B2 Perfection was there to save the day! I talked to Brad, who kindly worked up an estimate and was very thorough with explaining how the cost added up. He seemed honest and genuinely worked to give me the best price possible.
I went to a different shop to get a quote, which turned out to be $1000 higher. So I said "no way Jose" and took my car to B2.
PROS:

This place is GREAT. Any fears you may have of dealing with shady, unscrupulous auto body places....just let them go by getting your butt over to B2.
This was an overall great experience - from the initial visit to get an estimate all the way thru final pick up of my car. I never felt pressured, there were no calls saying "this was more than we expected", and they took me into the body shop without hesitation whenever I stopped by to see how my car was doing.
The body shop is spotless...totally clean and all the employees are pleasant and seem to treat the vehicles and equipment with respect (not to mention the visitors that walk thru to see their cars!).
Also a good sign....lots of classic cars in the shop. Classic car enthusiasts pay (and care) a lot about the outcome of the work they have done. seeing so many classic cars is a good sign.

Bought a used BMW and managed to track down the previous owner, who told me he had some work done here. I needed an opinion on whether the car had some additional work done (not by B2B).
Blake took his time and checked out the car, wrote me an estimate, and was nice enough to encourage me to return the car to the dealership, rather than jumping at the chance to get a few thousand in repairwork.
I took his advice and got the dealer to take it back.
If I need a body shop in the near future, this will be the first place I go. -

bottom line: perfection, i've now given them 10 out of 10 stars
after having some previous work done, i noticed a slight gap between the headlight and fender that had work done to it. i called up jon, and even though i wasn't sure if the gap had been there previously or not, he took the car in, did the best he could to make it right, and even detailed my car again, all for no cost! i'm truly impressed with the service here, as both he and linda offer superior service to anything else that i've encountered. i would bring my car back to b2 in a heartbeat for any future work, and can only lament the fact that it always happens to rain a few days after they detail my car.1 Previous Review: Show all »

My driver's side handlebar was broken for the past 2 years. Throughout that time I was forced to open my car door by manually opening the window and then reaching into my car and opening it from the inside. I received some odd looks from time to time...
This place fixed it at a flat rate of about $150. If I had taken it to a BMW dealership it would have been at least $200+ labor.
My experience here was already worthy of a five star rating from the service itself. If I include the professionalism and friendly staff it definitely exceeds five stars. -

This is the first 5-star Yelp business that I wholeheartedly agree is deserving of 5 stars.
Some moron hit my car with a shopping cart at a local grocery store while I was inside. The damage was bad - a couple very noticeable dents and scratches on the passenger side. I saw the great reviews for B2 and decided to get my car worked on there.
Jon was amazing - very professional, courteous and attentive. He makes you feel like you are his only customer! His time estimate was spot on (no delays like with other body shops), and he redeemed the Yelp clay bar special without hesitation. I noticed a few small scratches when I went to pick up the car, and Jon immediately had one of his guys touch them up.
Although I hope i don't have to deal with another car issue, I will only go to B2 if a situation arises.

I had to come here after a little accident I had with my baby, Janice (name of my car). The entire front bumper was removed from my Honda civic. The bumper looked fine, but the tabs keeping it attached to the car were totally hosed. I was (of course) incredibly depressed and sad and angry and frustrated that something so stupid had to happen to my beautiful car. Browsing online forums on how much it might cost didn't cheer me up either. But c'est la vie. This place got great reviews and my boyfriend recommended it, so I came here.
I was really happy with the work! They were all really friendly and made me feel at ease (I think he could tell that I was really nervous and sad lol). He assured me that he could re-attach my bumper, even if all the tabs came undone (he would just have to drill new holes into it). Overall, the cost of the process was about 1/4 of what I was expecting to pay. I don't know how his prices compare to other places, but he gets the job done, and he does it well. I was really happy with the customer service :D
I was overwhelmingly happy when I came back to see my beautiful Janice all fixed up again!! They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside! She smells new and fresh again :D Seriously,, I couldn't have asked for more!
If your car needs some body work, seriously, bring it here. It's one thing to fix a car, but it's another thing to give you great customer service and reassure you that everything is going to be alright. -

Had to get some repairs done on my rear bumper and Blake from B2 Perfection Auto Body worked with me to get the work all done. Blake is very professional and the crew they have here doing the work is top notch. They color matched my car perfectly and I can't even tell there was anything wrong with the bumper to begin with. Blake even detailed my car before returning it to me. Wonderful!

I was definitely sad when I had to come back again because some jerk on the highway rear ended me and then FLED! But, I was really glad to have found a fabulous body shop the first time I got in a car accident this year. I didn't even think twice of which body shop I should use. B2, B2, B2 was in my mind!
Brad took care of me again. I really appreciated that he always tries to accommodate your schedule, again, never leaves you blindsided about your repairs because sometimes it can be scary. He sent me many many pictures of my car every step of the way. And, of course, my car came back looking PERFECT.
I hope I don't have to go back again, but if I need some body work on my car, I can say that I've definitely found my GO-TO body shop!

I came in after reading Rudy Solorio (B2's Estimator) attended the Prius sticker event last weekend. Very nice people in this office - everybody's smiling at this shop and while waiting in the lobby, at least 5 different people asked me if I wanted any water. Very clean and organized - the most professional and friendliest body shop I've seen.
And it's true - they removed my carpool stickers for free. -

No body likes to visit an auto body shop, because that means you were in an accident!! Anyways, I got in an accident and after getting a list of companies that my insurance recommended, I yelped all of them. None of them really looked all that great. B2 was not on their list but since it had such great reviews, I decided to go in for a quote and eventually ended up going with B2.
I was helped by Blake, who is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. My father sort of took the reins on this because he knows a lot about cars and has extremely high expectations. My father is hard to please, to say the least, and he couldn't say enough good things about both this shop and about Blake. He went on and on about the quality of the work here. Anyways, the whole process was painless... makes getting into an accident a little bit less frustrating. Working with Blake was ideal and would recommend him to any potential customers.
All things considered, great experience. My car looked better than it did before it got in an accident, the job was flawless! -

Got hit by a flying piece of metal on the freeway which left a deep gash in my door and ripped the side of my rear bumper. Came to Yelp to look for good auto body shops and found B2 having one of the highest scores around the area.
Per friends' recommendations, I ultimately took my Lexus IS250 to B2 and they definitely took care of my car. Replaced my whole rear bumper with a brand new OEM one and did a flawless job repairing the door. When picking up my car, I was amazed at how good it looked! The fact that they also did that free exterior/interior detailing kit really shows you how much they care about their customers.
I would not hesitate to take any of my cars to B2 if that need should arrive again. -

B2 Perfection IS perfection! My friend recommended this business via Facebook, and I read the 5-start reviews on Yelp. Brought my badly banged up Prius here and was very happy with the service and results.
Rudy S. was outstanding and very helpful. (Funny - I had just read about him in Mr. Roadshow's column in the SJ Mercury. Rudy had offered to take off expired commute stickers for free. Good guy!)
The B2 Perfection crew did excellent job with the body work and paint on my car. I also got the stickers taken off, plus, by mentioning a special deal I saw on Yelp for this business, I got free detailing on my car. So, my 2005 Prius looked and felt shiny and new when I picked it up. I was proud to drive it again!
So glad that I didn't go with an auto shop "suggested" by AAA and selected B2 Perfection instead. Would highly recommend Rudy and this well-run business. -

Jon is the man!!!! I was really upset after my car's right side got brushed against in the parking lot. I was also on a budget :(
Jon talked us through all our options as we did not want to go via our insurance...and gave the best solution...kept us up to date, worked with the Paintless Dent Removal guy (who btw did and excellent job on our car..Thank You very much!) and got our car fixed as good as before in just 2 days...NICEEEEE..oh and of course he also did some extra paint job on the rear...which looks great :)

OK,...as I type this review I really am not sure where to start. This is not a bad thing, it's a good thing. You see, I can't recall the last time I wanted to give more than five (5) stars. I mean, generally, especially with a service provider of this type, the product is good but the customer service is lacking. Or the customer service is adequate, final product is great, but the cost was exorbitant, etc,...I think you get the point. My experience here at B2P far exceeded my expectations.
I worked with Manager Blake Volgenau and have got to say from the outset, if there were an All-Star team here in the Bay Area of auto body service repair pros, he'd be on it. That is high praise for Blake but I really believe it was earned. Like many, I went to B2 because my vehicle had been in a hit and run collision. Having just spent a lot of money on an Infiniti M45S you can imagine I was not in a good mood. I checked Yelp and saw that B2 was a top notch repair team so I dropped in after seeing my insurance adjustor. Now having been disappointed a few times by highly rated businesses I held my breath. I was introduced to Blake and explained my situation.
Customer Service:
Blake is friendly, engaging and personable. I never felt as though I was dealing with someone who could just as easily be a used car salesman. He was professional, thorough and a good communicator. After ten minutes in his office I knew I had made the right decision to come to B2. He always made sure we were clear on expectations by spelling out pricing, options, time line, and what ultimately I could expect B2 to deliver. I appreciated how he pointed out scenarios where an insurance company might attempt to lower their cost by pushing back on work that clearly was needed and a result of the collision. Fortunately my adjustor played by the rules and I never faced any of those scenarios. It was fairly clear that Blake was an advocate for the customer.
As we worked out a schedule for work I happened to mentioned to Blake that I was also getting work done at Bascom Trim in Santa Clara. In fact I was addressing a potentially serious problem with the driver's seat that could affect the SRS. Blake pointed out that B2 and Bascom Trim work closely together and suggested they collaborate on the work. This sounded like a great idea. Ultimately the execution was flawless as I ended up getting all of the work done at one shop! This saved me 2 to 4 more days without the use of my vehicle as it would have sat in a shop in Santa Clara. Throughout the time that my vehicle was in with B2 Blake updated via phone and e-mail. All of his e-mails contained a photo pictorial of the job process. As well, when he said he would call, he always did. This too was appreciated. While I could see that they were busy I always felt like their #1 customer. I know this sounds cheesy but it is right on point. The rental car location was close by and when I dropped off my vehicle Blake called them to make sure they had my claim information and a shuttle enroute.
Work Product:
In a word: stunning. The second word I would use, gorgeous. The car was both. The damage location (front bumper, right fender, right door) looked new! All of the work used OEM parts and they matched the paint perfectly. The complimentary clay/wax detail looked superior to the one I had paid $200 for when I bought the car! The interior had also been detailed. In fact, having a nine month old in the back seat on a regular basis, I asked Blake if he would take extra care to assure there was no "shop dust" inside. The interior was spotless. Blake told me that he had his guys make sure the interior matched the exterior. I checked, he was right.
The seat issue, which required the installation of a new driver's seat base, was easy work for B2 and done flawlessly. The seat is now perfectly aligned and the SRS will operate as intended.
Summary:
As you can tell, I had quite a bit of work done. The seat work was elective but critical and affected safety. The collision work was covered by insurance but nonetheless necessary. All of the work was done without a single problem or delay. Every expectation was exceeded and ultimately I enjoyed truly superior customer service and industry leading work. I would recommend Blake to anyone seeking an industry professional who will be your advocate and whom you can trust. He truly was a pleasure to work and really makes you feel like "family". Came here after checking-out a few auto body shops to get my MINI fixed (some yahoo backed into my parked car). Definitely noticed the difference after visiting with Jon at B2 Perfection. Aside from doing a great job with the body work, their customer service exceeds expectations. They were very flexible with my schedule, called Enterprise to pick me up, took great care of me while I was there in the waiting room (without asking grabbed me water while I waited for Enterprise to pick me up), sent me an email with a project status WITH pictures of my car, and made my car look all nice and shiny for pick-up.
I really wanted to give 10 stars, but Yelp only allows up to five and one little problem - when I went to pick-up my car, some of the controls weren't working anymore (internal control for the left mirror and door lock). My car is old and sometimes quirky now, but these were working before taking my car in. However, Jon and his crew did try very hard over two days to see if they could fix the problem which to me is great service.

I am one of those people who notices EVERY small imperfection, is SUPER anal, PICKY, and may be a complete pain in the ass to deal with... But you know what? Blake puts up with it, doesn't give me sh*t, and continuous to meet and pass my expectations. I come here more often than I want but Blake gets me and I will no longer go any where else.
#1. My car originally had work done by C and C body shop in Mountain View. I live in San Jose and went out of my way to take my car there because they had one of the best yelp reviews at the time. Don't bring your car there. If you're reading this review, you're probably comparing shops. Long story short, after about a month of contemplating if i was going crazy or their work was really that bad, I decided to get the repairs redone here at B2. This was the first time I had work done at B2 and my car turned out PERECT. C and C screwed up so bad the entire car had to be repainted (minus the roof). B2 circled 22, you read right, 22 issues that had to be fixed/redone. AAA came out and approved them all that very moment. (March 2010)
#2. I did an oopsie on the freeway and called Blake right after I got home. He worked with me on the phone for a bit (this really was to help me calm down a bit and understand how much everything might be) but realistically he had to see the car in person. Even though he knew he had to see the car himself, he still worked with me and had complete patience. I brought the car in the following Monday, he looked at the car, and explained every position imaginable. I chose to get the car repaired the correct way which cost a bit more but would allow me to sleep at night. We arranged that I would drop off the car another Monday and the car would be done in a week and a half since they were slammed and christmas was rolling around. To my amazement, they finished the car way ahead of schedule and i picked up the car a few days later on Friday. The car turned out AMAZING as expected. I don't want to drive it because it looks so good. This repair was paid out of pocket and he worked with me on the price a number of times. The final price that we both agreed was more like an early christmas gift. He saved me money where he could and i couldn't thank him enough. (Dec 2011)
#3. The night after I did an oopsie with my car on the freeway, I was involved in a hit and run in my mom's car. It was pretty bad and traumatizing. But i had one less thing to worry about since i knew i would just take the car to Blake at B2 and drop off the keys. I wanted it completely behind me and didn't want to think about it anymore. The process was cake thanks to AAA and B2. I filed the claim, dropped off the car, got picked up to get a rental, got the rental, and drive the rental until the car is done. The car is still in the shop but when i picked up my car, but i saw them putting the car back together and it turned out GREAT! I'm VERY confident that the outcome will be similar if not better than when i bought it new. (Dec 2011)
Warranty: Some places claim they have warranties, this and that... but honoring it is a whole different story. Something that everyone has to understand is that body work will always have some room for imperfections. Some are worth to redo and some are not. (Might I add these imperfections i speak of are not usually seen by others except for people with "the eye" for it.) Originally from #1, there were a few imperfections that caught my attention but wasn't big enough to not make me sleep at night (unlike C and C's work). But since i brought the car back for #2 repairs, I figured i might as well bring it up. After bringing it up to Blake, he did not hesitate ONE bit on the issue. B2 stands by their work and will work with you, without attitude or hesitation, to make sure you are completely satisfied. This made me feel VERY confident in being a return customer. They have your back.
Bottom line: B2 definitely does perfection. I'm all about perfection and they have delivered EVERY time. As anal as I am, they work with me to get what i want done. Point is, they work with you, for you, and for what YOU WANT (like the accident never happened). Remember, things happen. Just bring your car here and try to move on.

I've been to B2 twice, and worked with a different agent (mechanic? customer service rep?) each time. Here are some commonalities I've observed:
- they are very prompt
- they take the initiative to give you updates so that you know what's going on with your car.
- they do good work.
- they also offered a lifetime guarantee for their work.
This place has a good vibe: it feels like an honest business.
I especially appreciated that Blake was willing to meet me at the shop on Saturday, January 1, to let me write the check and pick up my car, as there was no way I would be able to get my car early enough when they opened on Monday. You made my life 10x easier, I really appreciate it. :) -

I'm thrilled my wife found B2 Perfection on yelp. My car looks BETTER than the day I purchased it at a dealer with 10,000 mi on it. They are apprvoed by my Allied Insurance and their work is guaranteed for the life of the car. I'm 100% satisfied. I really enjoyed talking with Blake and the other people I spoke with were also very positive and focused.
I recommend this shop to anyone and I will continue to do so. -

As I said in my previous review, B2 exceeds expectations. Amazingly, with my latest visit, B2 delivered at an even higher bar. I went again for a wax with clay bar, expecting the usual great results. This time however, I was slightly disappointed with the results. Jon R., the Estimator I always work with, saw the look of disappointment and offered to wash, wax and clay bar again. I told him that I needed a ride to work, but the driver was not available. Telling him that I needed to be at work for a meeting, *he rented a car for me.* I have never heard of this happening, and it blew me away.
The next day, I came back to pick up my car, and despite the fact that B2 is closed on weekends, Jon opened the shop for me on Saturday. Again, exceeding expectations. The car looked much better, but apparently the clay bar could not take out all the grime. B2 wants its customers to be wowed, and Jon didn't feel like I was wowed yet, so he didn't charge me for anything. Pretty amazing -- two days' worth of work, a rental car and a free wax and clay bar. Our car was rear-ended on 101, so it was pretty messed up. I'd been to B2 once before for a minor issue, so returned here solely for the good experience I had earlier. The month long repair saga began, and no regrets now.
The car is good as new, Jon took care of dealing with insurance and made sure new parts were put in instead of refurb ones (as recommended by the insurance folks). Also appreciative are the weekly pics you get from them showing progress and you are always welcome to stop by and check out your baby. Highly recommend it. -

There is a reason that this place has more than 3 times as many reviews as the other Auto Body Shops in the area. It is because the service is GREAT! I have to say thank you to B2 Perfection and Yelpers for steering my car to the right auto body shop. Get it, steering? I crack myself up. Any who, from the start I was impressed with the service from the personable voices over the phone helping me up to the professional conduct I encountered when I did go in to pick my car up. The front desk staff is great, they were friendly, helpful and funny!
Next, the work done on my car looked fantastic. I must say that it really looked better than I expected. Thank you B2Perfection I will be bringing my car back and sending my friends to here when they need work done as well! -

Jon and Josi helped me to get my car back to looking good. Their customer services goes beyond the time your car is repaired and you leave their shop. They value each and every customer and they work hard to make sure you are happy. With that being said, I hope I don't have to make another visit to this place for several years.

Wow! I am just so impressed with these guys (again)!
I got into a hit and run accident not too long ago and it was a total nightmare. We finally found the guy, but his insurance was flaky, MY insurance was flaky, hell even CHP was flaky! B2 Perfection was the only component in this entire ordeal that went well.
Everyday I received at least one email of updates (with pictures) of the work that is being done to my car. All my questions and concerns were addressed and everyone at the shop was very friendly. Without hesitation, I will recommend all my friends and family to take their car to this shop if they ever need any body work.

Brought my car in for an estimate and had a great time talking with Blake about fixing my bumper. Their pricing is pretty high but the quality is great. Blake had said it would take 2 days to replace the bumper and they were able to complete it without any problems. Also having the car detailed inside (carpets and seats shampooed) and out was a very nice service. Just mention Yelp for the free detail.
B2 also has a vendor that was able to take the HOV stickers off my bumper and install them on the new bumper without voiding them. -

I've been to many body shops and most of them try to rip you off. Even when they have the audacity to rip you off they don't do high end quality work, but when I came to B2 perfection it was a totally different thing. Couldn't really realize how great their customer service was. I worked with Brad in December of 2010 when my G35 got damaged and he helped me understand everything clearly. He said he would take care of my baby, so what more can you ask. In the end, he hooked me up with a major detail. Even though, they forgot my car was at their body shop and I had to wait an extra 2 weeks, it was all worth it. If you want quality work then i would def recommend B2 perfection.

B2 was decent with their repeated attempts to make me happy, but it sucked that I had to find this out. I found lacking the quality of their work, attention to detail, and ability to get my car back to me in a reasonable time done right.
I should also note that B2 bribes its customers to write good reviews on Yelp. I do not know if this is against Yelp's policy, but it should have to be noted by reviewers or the merchant. You get free detailing services if you write a good review and show them you did so. Keep this in mind when looking at the glowing reviews, there is a lack of objectivity there.
I needed minor dings fixed and my rear bumper, driver side doors, and part of my fender painted. B2 started things off dishonestly by starting repairs before I gave them authorization to do so, and in the cut-corners way the insurance company estimator told them to do so.
Although 3 days of delay was caused by having to go back to the insurance company to do things they way things should be done, repainting 4 panels took B2 four weeks, and when they returned my car to me, it had scratches on two of the parts they painted, and a new big scratch on a part they didn't paint. It had parts put on crooked, too. My $1500 stereo was in safe mode and they didn't say anything to me about that, either.
When I took the car back to have them fix these issues, Brad, the owner, gave me a story about him being in Hawaii for a week and this was the cause of the poor quality inspection and slowness. Brad contradicted the excuse Darren (my contact person) gave me that their lot was being repaved while my car was there as the cause of the four week delay.
So you would think Brad would make sure things were done right after I brought the car back to him .... but no, they didn't reattach my rear bumper on one side. Very obviously. Like it had no clip on one side.
B2 is not the only body shop out there, and while they could have been worse (they did continue to try and make me happy), they could have been a LOT better. There are better options out there, and I will not be back to them. I would be more than happy for these guys to never touch my car again. -

So, check this. It's a gorgeous Friday morning and I'm driving to work. I make a left turn into the parking lot and BAM! this douche hits my passenger side, messing up my 2 doors. To make things worse, he had the audacity to blame me! So I got on the phone with my insurance ( yeah, what a drag) and they asked me to find a body shop where I'd like to take my baby to. So I did the natural, and checked out Yelp! And there was B2 with their near perfect rating- an anomaly for body shops!
So I just HAD to give them a go!
I am literally taken away with this body shop. I just got my BMW 328i back and B2 gave it back to me in a better condition than how it was prior to my accident. They took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance to taking care of my rental. They even sent updates with pictures ( which was unnerving at first because they sent a pic of my baby stripped!) but it was awesome seeing the progress. I worked with Darren, who took over for Micah( who left B2) and Darren was awesome. My insurance wanted them to just repair my front door, but Darren was able to
Convince them that it needed to be replaced completely. They even detailed the car!
I will continue to sing praises of B2, so yelpers, don't hesitate, this IS the body shop you want to take care of your car! -

I had a nightmare experience with this place, bodydamage to my Volvo XC90 driver door and window got finally done at the end but I had to take my car here about four times after a bad job with paint, door adjustment etc. The whole project took longer than a month! Despite the troubles they managed to keep very traditional American style customer service saying they're sorry and I really appreciate that but will think twice if I need bodywork to get done..
Update: after my hopefully last and final visit related to my door, the level of service was so friendly and happened very fast with great respect for my troubles, I'm adding one more star. Thanks!
