    I started working with Peter shortly after I turned 40 and was tired of having to buy bigger and bigger pants each year.  Now, three years later, I am back in a size 30.  But more important than that, I am healthier and stronger than I've been at any point in my life.  I even ran my first marathon last year -- an accomlishment I had never even imagined for myself.

    Peter has a broad definition of health, and while my initial goals were to lose fat and tone up, he also makes sure that I don't ignore other important components of my health, like balance, flexibility, and nutrition (especially nutrition!).

    I can honestly say I look forward to each workout with Peter.  He is super friendly, knowledgeable and sincere.  But it's probably his energy and constant encouragement that keep me coming back.  Training with Peter is the best health and fitnness investment I have ever made.

    Oh, and did I mention, he makes movies, too!

    I have been training with Peter for three years.  I train three days a week and it is the best part of my day.  His positive attitude and sense of humor keep me motivated and moving towards my goals.  His fitness knowledge is unsurpassed. Whenever a goal is reached or I plateau, he changes it up and keeps the experience fresh.  Amazing, after three years!!!  I truly cannot say enough good things about Peter and what he has done for me.  At least once a week someone will come into the gym and ask me if I am a trainer because of my physique.  This is a testament to his ability.  Thank you, Peter!

    I've been working out with Peter for over a year now and he is an awesome trainer. I now realize how much time I wasted at the gym before I started training with him. Peter taught me proper weightlifting form, helped me strengthen my core, improve my balance, flexibility, and posture, and tailored a meal plan to help reach my goals of gaining muscle and losing fat. Peter has an infectious enthusiasm that makes all the hard work fun. I even look forward to working out now. I am amazed at the gains I've made and how much more energetic I feel thanks to Peter's help. His comprehensive approach really makes all the difference and helped me see results that I could never have achieved on my own.

    If you are looking for a personal trainer, then stop looking and call B-Fit Personal Training!   Peter works in a big gym in the heart of Capitol Hill with free parking and he has been my personal trainer for over two years.   Within the first six or seven months I lost about 30 pounds and my body fat went down from 31% to less than 18%.  No kidding! My weight loss happened gradually because Peter helped not only with a very balanced and tailored exercise program but also (VERY important!) with my nutrition. I would love to share more about my personal experience and how easy it was to loose fat and gain muscles.  If today I am in the best shape of my life, well, a big grazie goes to Peter.

Meet the Business Owner: Peter F.

Peter Feysa graduated with honors from Central Washington University with a bachelors of science in biology in 2001. Peter then moved to northeastern Australia and worked as an ecologist, and after a year, moved back to Washington to become a DNA biologist at CWU. After 15 years of training inside and outside of the gym, Peter then followed his true passion and became a fitness and wellness trainer. His love for physical conditioning led him to then receive his APEX and NASM personal training certifications.
