I went here with my fiancee, brother, and his GF.  He forewarned me that the portions were pretty large and to bring my capital-A Appetite.  I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs, which were off the hook.  Man, I was freaking full after and I had to drive back to San Jose.  I have to say it was kinda tough staying awake on I-5.  The fiancee ordered the carnitas omelette, which was ginormous.  It looked like a football with a flavor bomb in the middle.  My bro ordered the same thing as me and his GF took the safe and smart route by ordering from the lite menu.  The lite meant just less food and maybe more realistic portions lol.

My 0.5 star reduction is for the ads in the menu and the fact that my bro's GF didn't get the OJ she ordered.

I'm sad they don't have a location in NorCal :(

Homestyle breakfast cooking!
Went with a friend and shared the belgium waffles with strawberries and whip cream and the avocado-bacon-cheese omelette with hashbrowns and toast.  It was yummy! alot of food - had leftovers. Ran about $20 with tax.
It gets pretty busy - went there on a saturday morning - had a 20 min wait for 2 people.

This place is highly recommended by my two coworkers who I trust when it comes to good food.

And so, I brought my family here for breakfast (at 1pm, lol), and this place didn't disappoint.

We ordered (1) their 'new' dish: The 2 Egg Breakfast - Country Fried Bacons & Eggs with Country Gravy, Hashbrown, and Toasts...hmm...yummy!
(2) Diced Hams and Eggs with 4 Flap-Jacks...whoa...yummy!
(3) This last dish is for my grandma: Just Right Lite - Scrambled Egg Whites with 2 Turkey Sausages, Wheat Toasts, and Orange Juice...Whoo hoo...yummy!

We left this place happy and full...=)  We'll come back soon to try their lunch menu.

Talk about delicious! It's like a party in your mouth and you wanna keep it all to yourself. Yummy, the best thing here are the pot roast skillets. $10, not bad and fills you up! Home fries are on the bottom, and you also get toast or biscuits. Too bad it's not open 24/7, cause I'd come here instead of anywhere else. Large portions and the waitresses are pretty nice. Usually not much of a wait, though I haven't gone during prime times. One of the best breakfast places I've been to!

My eyelid was starting to twitch and I started breaking out in cold sweats.... I was in dire need of a new Bacon Breakfast Burrito to enjoy and add to my list of favorites....sadly this was NOT the place to do so.....oh! woe is me.

Beautiful Sunday morning with the family and we head out to Claremont on a whim.  Friendly servers and staff, clean restaurant, and the delicious smells of breakfast encompass us.  I order the breakfast burro with Bacon ($9.99) I figure for $10 it better be huge and/or delicious.  The wife gets the 4 banana super jacks ($6.99) and a side of hash browns ($3)  Baby goes all out and gets a cup of fruit ($3).  Baby also approves of the monstrous cup of OJ ($4)http://static.px.yelp....

The grub arrives quickly and I cut right into that burro....uhoh....where the F is my bacon!? http://static.px.yelp....  I assemble a search and rescue team and find some lone straggling pieces of limp greasy bacon...sparse would be an understatement for the meager amount of pork in this thing...especially for TEN gawdamn dollars.  There is however a plethora of undercooked potatoes and eggs....no es bueno.  Also absent is ANY cheese....it was indeed a sad sad day for bacon breakfast burritos my friends.....inside, I died a little.

Anywho....the wife's flapjacks were extraordinary.  Delicious banana folded and baked into the batter, delicious globs of butter and powdered sugar to boot!  They were also Ginormous.....you can swaddle infants with these pancakes....mmmmmm, baby banana swaddlecakes.... Baby liked her fruit too so I cant be TOO harsh on Jack...

Next time I'll stick with a good ol' fashioned down home country heart attack breakfast wif biscuits n gravy....and maybe some big ass flapjacks.

Dear lord their pancakes... Can't stop eating...

Found this diner by Yelp and sure glad we did! Amazingly tasty breakfast food and the staff is friendly and efficient. During our stay, we've never had an empty glass.

Now if you excuse me, my pancake break is over. Must have more...

homestyle comfort foods done right! this place is extremely good. it's a great spot for your typical american dishes with humongous eats. you have to starve yourself the night before to be able to finish one of their plates. they are extremely generous with their portions, i think one of their pancakes is bigger than my head! they have a large menu, which is great, but makes it even harder to choose. ( it all seems really good.) my boyfriend and i usually share a breakfast skillet because it's seriously a LOT of food. this place does get pretty busy during most of it's hours but, i would say the morning is the busiest. do come here before 3 because that's what time they close. overall, excellent service and great food!

Maybe there's another place with the same name, but my experience was very different than these reviews.
I've never encountered rancid ketchup before I ate here.
The waitress shrugged, told me to scrape it off my omelette.

The mens room was indescribably horrid.

BC Cafe is the spot for breakfast lovers!  But definitely not for breakfast lovers who are on a diet.

We had a siblings breakfast and decided to hit up BC Cafe because of the awesome reviews on Yelp. My sister and I shared the Denver Omelet and were left uncomfortably full. The plate comes with a HUGE 4-egg omelet stuffed with veggies and ham. It also comes with 4 HUGE pancakes.  The food is so good, yet it's so heavy it leaves you with that guilty feeling that you probably ate more than your daily caloric intake. Oh well! We're all allowed to splurge right?!

The food is a bit pricey, but the portions make up for it. You can easily just share a plate and split the cost. The service was also good. Overall, I'd definitely come back. In fact, I'd like to come back and try their chili cheese fries. So if you're a breakfast lover like me, come see what BC Cafe is all about! Happy eating!

A blueberry pancake lovers paradise!! I've searched high & low for the perfect blueberry pancake, and I must say I've found it. The price is spot on & the portions big enough for two adults to share. The wait gets hairy on weekends but well worth it.

Wanted to go somewhere between Victorville and Long Beach, so we decided on BC's based on the Yelp community.
While waiting for our table of 7, we saw a very 'diverse' crowd also waiting to be seated.  Once seated, the staff was very friendly and attentive as well as informative when we ordered.

In a nutshell (and the benefit of going with family members who share):
pancakes = fluffy and yummy
fried pork chops = mehh
chicken fingers = mehh
strawberry waffles = not bad
santa fe scramble = yummy!
turkey sandwiches = moist turkey and very tasty!
seasoned fries = very good
onion rings = ok
chocolate banana shake = tastes like a banana split ~ yumm!
peach iced tea = yuuum
coffee = better than average

Ya, I'd return

COME HUNGRY!
This is definitely a place for breakfast lovers!!!!
The portions are huge. I would stick with the lite breakfast options.
I had 2 eggs, bacon and 4 flap jacks. I was only able to eat one. The pancakes are HUGE and filling.
The menu had too many options which left me very indecisive on what to order, which can be a problem. Now I want to return and try more items on the menu, everything looked good.
Oh yeah and I loved that they gave you a basket of knotts jams and smuckers peanut butter for your toast and pancakes.
What caught my eye the most was the waffle and chicken strips combo! Must try.
Also ,strawberry pineapple lemonade is a plus.
I thought the prices were a bit high at first but for the amount of food your getting, its ok. Expect to pay $10 and up.

B C Cafe looks much like a Denny's or IHOP. In fact, as you drive by B C Cafe, you would likely not think twice about trying their food. Such assumption, as I recently discovered, is false.

Upon entering B C, I was surprised by the crowd that had gathered. The dining area was filled with patrons.

As we were seated, we were given the menu. The menu of B C Cafe reminded me much of the Cheesecake Factory -- in which every left page had an advertisement for local businesses.

My first impression of B C Cafe was of its fresh ingredients. As I took a sip from B C's orange juice, I was impressed by the fact that it was freshly squeezed.

After reviewing the menu, I opted for the Santa Fe Omelet. The Santa Fe Omelet had pot roast, cheddar cheese, avocados, onions, and other vegetables. For the side, I opted for potatoes and white toast. We also had a waffle as an extra side dish.

The Santa Fe Omelet was excellent. All its ingredients tasted fresh. The slices of avocados -- that lined the top of the omelet -- were a nice touch.

As for the waffle: excellent; crisp, and perfectly prepared.

Considering the large portions of each meal, pricing is good. For breakfast entrées, prices average from about $8 to $13.

B C Cafe also offers some lunch entrées. However, because B C's hours are limited -- closing in the mid-afternoon -- lunch items are not as extensive when compared to breakfast items.

As for service, our waitress was very friendly.

I will return.

Additional Notes:

- Although not noted on the menu: if pancakes are specified as an option for a side, you may substitute with a waffle.

Sat at the counter today, since I was in a hurry and came in at 2:45, 15 minutes before closing.  Had a cherry Pepsi out to me quickly, and ordered a Country Steak, mashed potatoes (with turkey gravy), and broccoli (which was the veggie of the day, according to the server).  Unfortunately the veggie was some other veggie mix, but the server was more than happy to put in an order of corn for me, which was heated on the griddle so the kernels were slightly toasty.  The steak was crunchy, the country gravy tasted as it should (with the taste of sausage), and the mashed potatoes were terrific with the turkey gravy.

Even though I was sitting until after closing time, I never felt rushed to leave... they just finished cleaning up around me and I got up and left at my leisure.  A little pricey for lunch ($12.99 for entree, would have rather had what I had for dinner), but otherwise another good experience here.

I don't quite get the enthusiasm for this place, but then I've just been once. I would try it again though in order to get a better feel for the place since so many others seem to love it.

First, the place was freezing inside when we arrived. Even with sweaters/jackets, it was chilly. However, the waitress was nice about lowering the temp just a bit when we mentioned we were cold.

The server was efficient, but I can't say there was a friendly vibe - but she was fine. She didn't smile. I asked for hot milk with my coffee, and I believe it was microwaved in a styrofoam cup - a BIG no-no. Microwaving in plastic is bad enough, but in styrofoam? That combination is so bad!

An 'up' note is that the dining room was pretty clean, and the coffee was a little better than average. They also give you a basket of jams if you have toast, and they have a lot of flavored faux 'creamers' available. Not so good for your health, but they taste good.

This is not a foodie's breakfast place. It's better than Denny's for sure, but not by leaps and bounds. My French toast seemed fine, but the bread seems manufactured just for the French toast. It was three fat, large pieces, and I (at 5' 10", avg. or plus weight) could only eat 1 1/4 or so. My friend had a good cheese scramble that came with a nice sized bowl of fruit (mostly cantaloupe), and toast.

Lastly, the women's restroom was so-so. The wall of one stall was dirty higher up - like there's a dirty fan spraying dust clumps on the wall. Also, like many places, the person who cleans them seems to forget to turn around in the stall and clean the back of the bathroom door (and the door frame was coming detached from the wall/floor).

BC is an okay place, but it seems more about quantity than quality, but the food was okay. Prices seemed lower than average. If you're watching your wallet more than your waistline, this is for you!

Long nights of staying out usually always equaled a brunch at BC cafe -- it did not matter how long the wait.

I would recommend EVERYTHING on their menu and have tried everything myself from eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc for breakfast to their lunches.

Their soups and lunches are also incredibly delicious and if you are the kind of person that likes delicious home-style brunch in GIANT portions, you should come here.

A friend and I planned to spend a day at the slopes battling the snowstorms.  Before such a daunting day could begin, we needed to load up on calories.

"What's a good city for us to meet up in?"  He was coming from LA, I was coming from Anaheim.  After a few clicks on Google Maps, we settled on Montclair.  "What the hell is there to eat in Montclair?"

After a few clicks on Yelp (Breakfast - Montclair), we settled on B C Cafe Kick Back Jack's (what a strange, lonnnnng name!).

The morning dawned DARK and STORMY, and I was feeling a bit cranky after driving nearly an hour in the worst possible traffic condition.  I parked in the large lot (shared with Howard Johnson, I think), and stumbled around in the rain looking for the entrance.  Weird.  The parking lot is in the back, and the doors face the street.  What was particularly horrible about this setup was that, on this particular morning, it was raining cats and dogs.  There was no awning to speak of, so I got rained on the entire time while searching for the entrance.

I stepped in, and my friend was already there at the bar, grubbing up a plate.  "Sheesh.  Hungry a bit?" I asked sarcastically.

"Yep.  This is my second plate."  I goggled at him in awe.  The plate he had in front of him was loaded down with hash, eggs, and some other stuff.  He ate TWO different meals?!

"Were the portions too small?"

"No, I just felt like eating another."  I'm going to assume his meals were good, because why would you eat TWICE at a place that's just MEH?

"So is it good?"

He just shrugged.  "It's okay.  It's breakfast.  But damn. Try the orange juice. It's so good!"

Hmm.  I wasn't all that hungry, so I just ordered a side of bacon, a large orange juice, and a banana nut muffin.  Sitting at the bar, I was able to observe how our really nice server lady stuck the muffin the microwave to warm it up for me.  Sure, I'd have preferred "fresh out of the oven" or "oven warmed," but at least she did go ahead and warm it one way or another.

What was interesting was... my plate of bacon soon followed... a little too soon, if you ask me.  How did they make my bacon so fast?  Was it pre cooked and then just popped in a microwave (much like my muffin)?  Or was the grill just super hot?  I received no answer to this question (I didn't ask), but I decided to let it slide, as the bacon was just crisp enough and just chewy enough to be yum yum yum!  What was nice was that the bacon was mostly meat, and not so much fat.  Fantasmo!

The orange juice came in a startlingly tall glass, and I sucked that sucker down like no other.  It was sweet, a bit tangy, and just refreshing!  Bring it on!  Yum!

I wasn't feeling too hungry anyway, so I got the muffin and one strip of bacon to-go.  I paid for the meal (two breakfast entrees, two large OJs, one side of bacon, and one giant muffin), and it only came out to about $30 including tip.  Not too shabby!

I would've given this place four stars had I actually tried something on their extensive menu (their menu was pages and pages long!), but I didn't, so I can only base my review on my personal experience...

and...

My only gripe was this...

A few hours later, I reached into my to-go container to eat my bacon and muffin.  Alas, stuck to my strip of bacon was...

a hair.

Ew.  It was not mine.

Ew.

At first glance, i am thinking why the hell did my friend tell me to meet him here?! It's right off the 10 freeway next to a motel and gas station. not exactly old town Claremont, which is where my friend said it was. look and feel is like a Dennys. Fairly busy. A lot people coming in. Feature stories posted on the wall so it must be good, right?

verdict: huge huge portions! good and very inexpensive.

Fresh orange juice! Not many places have this anymore so I was excited. Choices of Small and Large. Being greedy, I pick large and large it was. My friend wanted some so I poured him a regular glass and not even 1/4 of it was gone.

I had the stuffed french toast which is basically french toast stuffed with cream cheese and strawberry preserves. This place is not for health nuts. There was so much cream cheese and jam and butter on it. It was great! Who would have thought to put something like this together? Also available: stuffed pancakes, stuffed waffles. Muahhaha

If you don't like stuffed stuff, everything else on the menu is equally large. 4 egg omelettes anyone? So many choices to choose from.

I am sad that this place is not closer but i have found a breakfast place to be happy about. Yay!

I am a long time Claremont resident.   About 40 years ago, this restaurant was a Sambos.  Later it became a Bob's Big Boys.  Now a Kick Back Jack's (BC Cafe).  The interior  is wide open, with tables a little tightly spaced.  Tends to be noisy.  Some tables are cool, if you are near a ceiling fan or a vent.  The building is still acceptable, but this is the reason I did not give it five stars.  I am a hard grader.

Went there Sunday, and was served an exceptional breakfast.  I like to go there with my vegetarian friend, although I am not a vegetarian:  They have many vegetarian (as well as non-vegetarian) choices.

Usually, we both get the huevos rancheros.  They are really great.  The salsa tastes freshly made.  Regardless if you get a mexican entry or not, you can always get beans, rice and tortillas as your sides instead of potatoes and toast.  Ask for more tortiillas if you do not get enough.  They seem to have a liberal policy with substitutions.

Although I love rice and beans, I usually get the potatoes and toast because they are so good.  The home fries are as good as anywhere, and you can have country gravy on them for free.  I do not know where they get there very thick sliced, tasty bread.  I wonder if they get whole loaves and slice it themselves?  It is wonderful.  And served with a basket of Knott's jams, my favorite.

As others have mentioned, they have a huge menu.  I had the Louisiana hot links omlette this time,  made with huge mushrooms, bell peppers, jack and cheddar cheese.  Perfectly prepared, with obviously high quality ingredients in huge quantities.  As I was eating, I was wondering if someone's job was just to make sure everything came out perfect.

Don't be afraid to ask for a box if you can not finish, or you will be rolling out the door like I did, although I rolled out happy.

Man, this place is seriously great.  The breakfasts are HUGE and wonderfully delicious.  Pancakes, french toast, omlettes, scrambles... all of it... great.

My favorite sandwich in the world is the Kick Back Jack.  Club style sandwich with fresh carved turkey, cream cheese, bacon, and cranberry sauce.  I'd drive 40 miles (and I do) just to get one.  Get it with the garlic steak fries.

Only open for breakfast and lunch, so be sure to get there before 3.

Unfortunately, all of my reviews openly  indicate the kind of food I gravitate towards. Yes, my affinity for wholesome (okay maybe not so), meaty, non-greeny type food knows no bounds.  And BC cafe fits my criteria almost to a tee.

In the interest of time, and in hopes of keeping your attention, I will make this short.

My last visit to BC Cafe was, and has always been an "eyes are hungrier than the stomach" experience. I usually split two orders with my friend so I don't feel like I'm missing out on the OTHER item on the menu that I also wanted. That being said, the two choices have always been: Stuffed french toast and the avocado omelet. Oh and a side of chicken or turkey sausage. So I cheated, that was actually three orders (and I generally kill the sausage all by myself).

Truth be told, the portions seem big, but  i think what makes the meals appear larger than life, simply said, is the size of the pancakes or bread-y items. Aside from that, everything else seems to be of  American Breakfast  sized portions (which in reality, still is large).

Still. If you can wow the eye, and keep em distracted, you can certainly wow the tummy as well. And BC does a good job of all of that.

The service is a little slow, but I assume, with their drinks being so big, you needn't too many refills anyway.

The restaurant itself doesn't look extraordinary nor does it say dull either. It has a homely feel to it, much like all other breakfast joints.

Bottomline, the amount of food or at least the sizing,  always leaves room for about 4 take out boxes and a belly the size of a boulder when you leave.

BC cafe is A-ok.

p.s. if you're able to make off with one of those cool BC glasses, by all means do it. DO IT!

Oh, BC Cafe. You don't have gourmet food, your dishes are enough for 3 to share and you smother everything in cheese and gravy - you've probably single-handedly contributed to the mass obesity in the Inland Empire. Nonetheless, I love to meet up with friends at your warm and welcoming diner, where I am greeted by friendly, oldtime waitresses who are constantly replenishing my coffee to the point-of-no-return hyperness.  Your pancakes can be better, but your chocolate chip waffle is outstanding as are your biscuits.  Your omlettes are fantastic, too, and you even have "light" options (read: smaller portion) for those of us who can't consume 15,000 calories in one sitting.

I will surely visit you for lunch one day, but why, when your strong coffee, good service and delicious breakfasts -- all very reasonably priced -- keep bringing me back for more?

I love how the only bad review said..."yeah my waffle was great, yeah my pancake was good but I still want to whine about being in the 909."

haha.

hands down, this is my favorite breakfast joint so far.

My meanie co-worker from my Cal Poly days brought me here one day and that was the day that I discovered she actually liked me because she enlightened me to the wonders of humongo breakfasts and delicious sandwiches that come with a tapioca cup! Bless her soul.

I bring everyone I can here and now that I don't live in P-town anymore, I still end up making my way to the BC when I visit friends.

- Yes it's crowded.
- Yes the waitresses have their "sass" like someone said below

+ Did I mention how delicious it is?
+ Stuffed pancakes with creme cheese and blueberries? Yummers.
+ Omelets? Good to satisfy two people.
+ There are tons of choices for most plates so you can substitute up the ying yang with no extra charges.

It hurts to say it, but this place beats The Pantry.

Wow, I don't mean this in a rude way at all, but I'm not really sure why everyone thinks this place is so freakin' awesome. I guess I would understand if people ate here every morning they woke up hungover, but that's about it.

My friend and I wanted a classic breakfast place. I felt like pancakes so I got the chocolate chip ones and she got a strawberry pancake with "luscious strawberries" (described in the menu), however I wasn't aware that luscious strawberries came in cans. Anyways, this place was ok. It reminds me exactly of Stacks in Norcal. So, it's like IHOP but a little nicer.

In addition to that, the clientele here? Eesh. Not my crowd. I felt like everyone was staring at me because I didn't look like I:

a) lived in a trailer?
b) had 5 kids and husband, mini-van included
c) fell in my laundry-basket.

I don't know, I've learned to not let it bug me, but it still bothers me when people blatantly stare at you because you look a "tiny" bit different. Seriously, you think you're hot s@*$t to be staring ? Really?

I don't think I'd come here again. I'd rather eat something healthier.

Huge portions. If you're all about quantity, this is where you have to go. The food's good and they have a big menu. Most of the time you will definitely have enough to take home. The staff is friendly and I felt like a regular within a month's time.

If you're on a diet this is not the place to go. If you like diner-style food this is the place to be.

Our breakfast tour continues, and this morning's adventures took us to BC Cafe, after hearing a strong recommendation from a friend. I can see why they get such high marks! This is definitely one of the better breakfast nooks I've visited.

When we first arrived, I was a little thrown off by the appearance of the restaurant. It's a tad old fashioned, and looks like any other place like IHOP or Carrows. And when the server handed us the menus, I was concerned by the heft of it. Usually when places have such large menus I find that that everything is average to blah. But once I browsed, I liked what I saw: lots of different kinds of pancakes, waffles, scrambles, omelets, etc.

I decided to order the veggie frittata, and I have to say it was pretty good. It's not exactly classic frittata, but its a massive amount of food! Scrambled eggs on the bottom, topped with home fries (sauteed red potato slices) and onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and avocado. That is all smothered in cheddar and jack cheeses.  It took me several hours to recover from all that food, and I ate maybe half the portion served to me. Unfortunately, the flavors didn't really kick my butt, because it lacked something to really take it over the top. Still, it would be a fine choice for any vegetarian who has a huge appetite.

My dining companions went with the carnitas omelets, and everyone on the table was amazed by how good they were. Its a gigantic omelet stuffed with big chunks of tender pork, with cilantro onions and cheese. Add some guacamole, and you're set.  Along with the dish came a choice of toast, tortillas or pancakes. My brother ordered the pancake side, and we were delivered a huge stack of flapjacks that alone could have fed the table.  The homemade batter is light and fluffy, and they were grilled to perfection with a nice crisp on the outside. Yum!

Prices are a little high, but considering the quantity and quality, I consider it a good bargain. The coffee is okay, maybe a little on the weak side. Service is very good: ours was a sweet woman named Laurel who made helpful suggestions, and even gave us some tips when she overheard us discussing our Thanksgiving menu.

I would rate this a destination breakfast joint. Absolutely worth making a trip for!

YUM! YUM! YUM!

I've been eating here for years and I love it.  The food is huge but they have everything you could ever imagine.  If it's not on the menu, they will make it for you though.

I love this place and everything about it.  I like this one in Claremont better than the one in Rancho......

Why haven't I reviewed this place yet?  Only been a Pomona (back in the day)/Claremont institution for years!

If you leave hungry from BC Cafe, you didn't order anything!  The portions are enormous and the staff make sure your food comes out right and quickly.

On my most recent trip, I ordered the stuffed french toast with strawberries.  This is basically a massive french toast sandwich with fluffy cream cheese and strawberries slathered between two massive slices of perfectly crispy french toast.  This is big toast and this serving - though looking small upon delivery from the kitchen - is more than enough to tide you over for at least 24 hours.

Now - to complete the overindulgence - get a side order of the home fries.  I don't need any of the plentiful extras (cheese, gravy, etc.) - just light slices of potato with some chives and onions.  Great with a bit of salt and some tabasco.

Visiting tip - get there on a Sunday before church gets out.  Otherwise you'll be waiting in the lobby trying to avoid the temptation of the claw machine and its flashing lights and cute stuffed animals.  Even with the wait though - the food is totally worth it!

Whenever I'm back home and my parents want to take me  out for breakfast I always say Kick Backs Jack's. The pancakes are simply the best; you have to share though, it's so much food. The muffins are heaven. Kick Back Jack's serves heavy American breakfast food with out the nasty grease.

I came here with my boss on our lunch break since we had to go to a nearby lab and this place is great!  They have great breakfast specials for great prices!!

The portions are good too! I didn't even finish mine and I got the french toast breakfast special for $6.  It came with 3 french toast, hash browns and 2 sausage/bacon.

They have a very wide menu and from seeing what other people got around me, their portions are humungous!

BC cafe has some of the best hang over cures around. They have the early heart attack causing stuffed french toast and belgian waffles. They are delicious but deadly. They also have a fantastic Italian sausage skillet.
The waitresses are friendly as hell, the food is all delicious and its all pretty reasonably priced.
One of the best hang over cures in the Claremont area.

As a breakfast lover I was overwhelmed (in a good way) by the massive menu. We sat at the counter so we wouldn't have to wait for a table. Little did we know we'd be getting a free show. It was like our own little peep show of breakfast food. SEXILICIOUS! The flapjacks, french toast, waffles. All being slathered in butter then gently covered in powdered sugar and topped off with a squirt of whipped cream. AHHHHHHHHHHH.

There were massive plates (more like platters) of omelets, country potatoes (SO GOOD!!!) country fried steak, breakfast burritos, you name it, bumping and grinding right before our eyes. I worked up a sweat just watching the food come out of the kitchen.

Their griddle skillets looked amazing. Even the toast was heartier than normal toast. The coffee was robust. The flapjacks were a perfect fluffiness. Service was quick and friendly. Prices were good for the quality and amount of food.

this place has convinced me that there is a way of putting addictive crack or some other type of drug in pancakes.

These pancakes I call them "crack cakes" because they are THAT addcitive. They stimulate my senses like no other pancake ever has.

Oh yea, in case you didnt get it already, BC Cafe is a great place for breakfast. Located in quaint Claremont, BC is the nice family joint to enjoy a meal (they only serve breakfast and lunch).

The menu may seem a few bucks more than Denny's but you get gigantic portions. You could share almost anything on the menu.

I reccomend the following:
-Start off with a Peach Iced Tea with fresh small chunks of peaches put in the glass by the tons
-Order a stack of Peach pancakes (or bananna, or pecan, etc)
-Order scrambled eggs with sprinkled cheese on top
-For carb overload order a side of toast which they serve Peter Pan peanut butter with (its sooooooooo good!!!!)

Your stomach will look like you're both pregnant and drank a keg of beer by yourself, but who cares? It's good! You deserve it!

This place is always packed on weekends without doubt. So, either get up early or call ahead with your name. Weekdays are easier to get in. They have great lunch specials during the week too, so you will definetely save a few bucks.

Go there and stuff your face. You'll be happy you did

Dang!      If you leave this place hungry, you were NOT trying very hard to eat.

This breakfast & lunch place had the biggest pancakes I've ever seen, (the size of a plate, and easy 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick), and four egg omelets, (heck, at four eggs, these were full-fledged omes).

My girlfriend had the bacon-avocado ome(let), and we shared the four HUGE pancakes that came with it.    I had the country meal, so named because it could feed a couple small countries.   Biscuits and gravy, home fries, bacon, and eggs.       All of which was very good, very well done, and VERY large.

A great way to start a busy morning.    They ARE busy on weekends, so be prepared to wait
