Since B&L is pretty much in the middle of nowhere (ie. Bumpass) its automatically one of the best place to stop by and get fishing bait, some soda, gas, or a sandwich.  
It used to be pretty run down, but ever since they expanded a while back it actually looks like a proper, modern store.  
Thank god I moved.
