B & J Roofing re-roofed my property in Redmond last summer, and I would like to recommend them to anyone.
Before I finalized the roofing vendor, I asked for referrals from friends and requested quite few vendors to submit their bids. B & J is not the least expensive nor the most expensive vendor, but they won my contract as they are priced reasonably with very good reputation in this area and a long company history that's critical for me to make the final decision.
B & J is also very organized and process-driven, just like any good engineering or construction contractors with solid pipelines and strong domain knowledge, which again, increases my confidence and trust for using them. After signing the contract, they told me clearly what to expect and when they would start the roofing (3 weeks later), and they kept their promises to start the project on time and complete it on time without any surprise.
David worked with me for the quote, Bill as the operation manager to schedule the project, Eunice to generate invoice and collect payment - all three of them work seamlessly as a team as well as their roofing crew. Great appreciated!
