Don't even bother with another tow truck company!
I just had my car on the side of the road on hwy 50 it wouldn't re-start. I knew it was my fuel line and tried to do as instructed back in December by AutoZone.....the "fuel button". I tried and and it didn't work so I had to call AAA. AAA sent out B&J Body Shop out to me arriving within 20 mins. My tow truck driver was Joe Sathe (the man is AWESOME) said he wanted to try something first before he towed it. He reached for the "button" and waited for a minute then POOF the car started. I was shocked because I had been doing that prior to calling AAA and it wouldn't work. He explained to me why. Apparently you have to press "really" hard on the button and you have to wait for a minute to allow the fuel line to pressurize again. He said that this is a common problem with Ford Freestyles. He then went on to explain that this can happen from hitting a bump in the road, windy day etc. He said that he makes it a point to continue his knowledge of car issues for this very reason. Basically the guy saved me a tow AND explained over the phone to my husband (who is trying to be a car repairman at home to help save money) exactly what to do and why. Joe then followed me to the next exit to make sure I was in good shape. Just him following me....made me feel at ease.
What Joe didn't know (at least not sure I told him) was that in January the same thing happened and we did know a "little" about the "button". They guy wouldn't even try with our car he just put it on the tow truck and towed it home. The next day my husband did the "button" and it started. Had that other tow truck (which I don't know there name but placed a complaint with AAA on them) we wouldn't had needed a tow. Because of that tow they had to delay my best friends wedding because I was the maid of honor!
From this point on when I call AAA I will request to have a tow truck driver from B&J first if at all possible. Hopefully I won't need to call again but you never know.
Thank you Mr. Joe Sathe! And thank you B&J for hiring him - you picked the right person. I have also placed a compliment to B&J with AAA! -

This shop is hands down the best place to go. I have used this shop for towing, for body damage to my car (someone side swiped me) and most recently for a broken trunk lock. My car may be over 20 years old but in great condition and BJ's is truly keeping it that way! The staff are very friendly and professional and the drivers are clean, neat, polite, and nice looking! (let's face it some tow truck drivers make you not want to drive with them being a stranded woman!)
From the call to the office for help to picking up your car is an amazingly un-stressful experience because of the special care, consideration and respect each staff person shows you. I won't bring my car anywhere else unless they are unable to fix it and even then I feel completely comfortable with a referral BJ's provides. If you need services for your car, ask for or visit their shop. You will not be disappointed. -

I have been using this company for all of my towing/ body shop needs since I could drive. They are by far, in my opinion, the most honest and professional Body Shop and Towing company that I have ever come across.
I've been towed and serviced by them several times and each time with both of my vehicles they have been perfect in their technique and outrageously professional and polite as far as customer service is concerned.Their tow truck drivers defy the stereo-types placed on them and were some of the most respectful, disarming, and trustworthy individuals I've ever dealt with!
As far as the body shop is concerned, I was involved in an accident last year and my lovely subaru was hit by Range Rover.... the Range Rover won... I thought I was going to die because my beautiful Subaru looked... just....mangled.
I was sure nothing would fix the extensive damage or get my paint job back to its original glory.... However the very kind estimator advised me otherwise and within the week my baby was fixed and looked just as good (but somehow better) than when I brought it to B&J. I can honestly say that this is a company that I LOVE! And truly recommend with ALL FIVE STARS! I will be a loyal customer for life! -

This Body Shop is the best in my opinion. I got my Scion TC car damaged because of hit and run, and need to be replaced the front-bumper. The staff, if I remembered his name is SAL, friendly staff, he helped me going through the best fix with good rate compare to any other Body Shop. Not work they done, not just replacing and repaint the front bumper, but they also did some couple more extra like touch-up the scratch here and there, so my car look even better and newer than before. I REALLY and Will recommend people in the area or nearby to check out on them, they will make you HAPPY when you see your car back from the repair. Oh, and also I forgot to mentioned, they did it all in the timely manner and on schedule !!! -James

This is the second time I have been to B&J. I took my car in this morning to have only $127 dollars worth of work done a small amount for a body shop. I picked up my car at lunch and it was cleaned inside and out. When ever I need body work done I will only go to B&J.

Honest, decent local body shop and tow truck drivers.
Basically, I left my lights on and one of the B&Js tow truck drivers gave me a jump for free. He was coincedentally in the same parking lot for unrelated business. He was so nice and understanding.
Little did he know that I would now become a very loyal customer, and tell all my friends and Yelp what good people they are! -

What can I say - very professional and dependable. Car broke down, so I called AAA and one of B&J's drivers came out. He was quick and to the point. Got the car rigged up and was on his way. I called the auto shop later and they had misplaced the keys to my car. I called B&J back the next day and they were able to tell me who they left the keys with which culminated in the auto shop finding the keys.
I will definitely recommend these guys in the future! -

We are repeat customers To B&J Body Shop. Each time we have needed work, B&J, who works with our AAA insurance, has done excellent work on our vehicles. Their excellent work is the most important thing, but we also appreciate how they streamline the process, have friendly, helpful staff and just somehow make the whole experience pleasant.

Thse guys are the best towing outfit around. Last week my wife got a flat tire and she called AAA and these were the guys that were called to help her. The driver was courteous, funny and very fast. My wife was back on the road in a very short time and felt very safe with the driver from B&J Towing. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Excellent customer service!!!

I've used B&J Towing for years. But last week had a boo boo with the new car. Bumper torn. B&J's towing got me to the auto body shop QUICKLY and professionally.
I've never seen a clean auto body office, professional - like B&J. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Staff treated us very nicely.
Work on car - like factory spec. The detailed cleaning of the car (suprised me) - better than $50 detail jobs at local car washes.
Rick (Sal) was utmost professional and helpful every step of the way.
Whether its Towing or Auto body work - these guys go above and beyond. No negative surprises and 100% professional, polite and helpful.
