Kevin and the guys at B & G Tire are the best. I live in San Francisco and drove up to NAPA for my personal car tires because of the job they did installing my drag race tires.
Expert advice on the right tire for the passenger car. Told me to come on up, and they installed while I waited. Only took about 15 minutes for everything. Didn't even get a chance to read much of my magazine.
I would never go anywhere else. You shouldn't either. -

Took Sam my Sonata to Kevin and the guys when my tire kept going flat. They had to order my replacement but, I appreciated their quick and friendly team who put on my spare and had me on my way. The next day I got the call my tire was in and ready to put on my car. Great experience and I will be talking to them again soon.

Tires are boring - but when you need them - you want to know you're dealing with knowledgeable, helpful, and honest people. These are the reasons why we go to B &G Tires Napa. Kevin and his team are the best around. SERIOUSLY great customer service from people you can trust. We've been going here for 10 years. Can't imagine going anywhere else. Another small thing .. the shop is always spotless. You can actually wait for your car and not be grossed out or feel like you need to go home and shower (LOL).

15 minutes from closing on a very hot, busy day and these guys were in the best of moods, promptly servicing me after a blow out. Not what I would have expected from them on such a time and day.
They fixed me up with a new tire, checked all the rest, loaded up my spare and jack, including wrapping up the accessories thoughtfully. Not what I would have expected.
Friendly. Fast. Efficient. -

I forgot about my experience at B&G until I opened my mail today and received $50 from Cooper Tires.
A month ago, I was looking for a local shop to replace the tires on my Honda Civic and was convinced by previous reviews that B&G is the place to go in Napa. It was a Friday afternoon and the shop was busy. I told Kevin (the manager/owner) that I needed new tires for a weekend road trip. Most of his staff was at lunch.
Kevin said that the best deal that day was Cooper Tires since it was the last day of their rebate. He installed the new tires himself and even filled out the rebate forms for me. He stamped the rebate envelope and put it in the mail. Amazing. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes with new tires.
Today, I was reminded about B&G with $50 free from Cooper. In my opinion, B&G is the only place to go for tires in Napa. -

I have done business with Kevin of B and G Tires for about 10 years now and would never consider going anywhere else. The shop is always friendly and does a great job with extremely fair pricing and consideration for its customers. Tho Very Large Thumbs up for Kevin and his staff!

Superior customer service, excellent products. I know nothing about tires and they have always taken great care of me and my car. Very genuine people and business. I wouldn't dream of getting tires any where else. Great experience, outstanding value. I plan to be a customer for life. Thanks guys!
