I had a hot water heater replaced on May 04, 2012. After shopping around for competitive pricing B & B beat the competition with a turn key quote at $ 925.00. The technnicians arrived and did a first class professional job.
Upon completion of the work the technician presented me the invoice with a price of $975.00. I informed the tech I had been quoted a price of $925.00 by Chuck in the office. He called Chuck and handed me the phone , Chuck denied the quoted price even though he repeated it initially twice.
This is not the way to have me network posatively or be a repeat customer.
