I live down the street from this place. I love the fact that they open 24 hours.Great place to grab some late night donuts/sandwiches. Very quite for late night study sessions when you really have a big test coming up, and your house is to noisy. Ther donuts are whatever, but when you come often enough, they hook you up!
PS: Bring cash -

I used to come here all the time back when I was still in high school. To be honest I didn't really frequent this place because of the donuts, but more for the iced coffee. The iced coffee here is a good alternative to all you S_BUCKS addicts who are looking for a cheap caffeine fix.
I've had a couple of the donuts here and they're all right. Not amazing. Although the apple fritter here is probably the best I've had at this place.
Overall this joint is all right. Parking is a bit complex and the plaza has a lot of in/out going traffic. -

I came here early one morning before going to work since I slept at my mom's house for the night after working 16 and a half hours the previous night. The place was dirty and flies all over the place, even inside where they keep the donuts.
Needless to say, I won't be coming back here again. I knew I should've gone to the other donut shop on Pioneer and Artesia. -

God I love you. My waist is so glad I don't live down the street from your 24 hour goodness anymore. I couldn't get away from you with less than 3 donuts, but usually I'd end up with near a dozen...like once a week, at least.
The guy at night is sometimes listening to his learning English tapes which is so adorable...beats elevator music, at least. Plus he's given me like, two extras before (good ones too!)!
Melt in your mouth when they're fresh, and it seems like they're always baking. Oh, and an extra star for the day-time lady who told me not to get just a Diet Coke because I was too skinny. (I know this not to be true, but who am I to turn down such a compliment?)Listed in: Donut Time

It's ok. We go because it's close. But the workers there aren't the best. They are friendly, but just not all 'there'. Two instances:
First, I go and ask for 1 old fashioned chocolate and 1 old fashion glazed. The worker goes and brings me back a chocolate buttermilk. Close, but not the same. So I say, "no, glazed old fashioned". Gives me the bag with two donuts. Silly me...I don't check the bag until I get home. My wife is sad..."don't you know my favorite donut?" I'm like...what do you mean? Look in the bag: one chocolate old fashion and one glazed donut. Sigh.
Number two: Go there at night looking for coffee and a donut. Get the donut ok, but ask for decaf coffee since it's late and I need sleep. The worker tells me "no decaf; add water and it'd be ok." Are you serious? Haha... -

I needed a late night pick me up, so I stopped by. Sad to see they were out of donut holes, and glazed twists, and though they were making more donuts, these were not on the to-be-served list. I picked up the next best thing, only to find that I was merely biting into a stale donut that tasted like oil. Because they're walking distance to my house and my mom drinks their coffee every once in a while (and they're open 24 hours), I was willing to give them chance after chance, but it's proving a waste of time and money when you put time and money into a poor product. I only wish US Donut shop on Pioneer and Artesia was open. Now THERE is a nice donut!

Been going here for years! Yes I know extremely scary! All donuts are good when within 10-12 hrs of creation. This period can vary quite a bit depending on a few things cooking time and temp how much yeast they use in the raised etc etc. Less cooking time equals softer longer. More yeast and longer proof before frying equals fluffy and softer longer.
As with any doughnut and it definitely goes for here at BandB.......The earlier you get em the better they are.
If you got to have em at 10pm generally the oldest and by then the most stale, try and pick from the specimens that have been fully covered or mostly covered in glaze.
The donuts here are average and the jobs done! I wish they would add something new and out of the box. But it is what it is! -

I'm a nice guy, so I round up on decimals.
Rating: 3.5
3 - their donuts are pretty decent. I like their donutholes, regardless of what it actually is.
the extra .5 - it's open 24hrs. great place to study.
Why it's not a 5: found roaches every now and then and there's always some inconsiderate smoker doin his thang.
Some old folks do their chillin outside on the chairs for a nice talk in the mornings or late at night. Not a bad idea.
Overall, not bad. Likeable. -

I used to buy a box of a dozen donuts here to get through at a morning advertising class. It served as a good apology when I wasn't a team player with graphic designers. They had to choose the assortment for me because I just couldn't make decisions without any breakfast beforehand. This was freshly baked and on the way to school. Hmm, I might need some right now.

Their glaze donut is the best mix of mom/pops donuts and krispy kreme. Wash it down with a coke.

I live less that a mile from the store and have been a frequent and regular customer for 30+ years -- although mostly just for coffee. The former owners (who did a better job all around) moved to a store in Cypress, and sold to the current owners about 10 years ago. On the plus side: The coffee is always fresh and really inexpensive ($1.40 for the largest size), and their donuts are good to very good and always fresh (at least in the mornings, when I stop by). The service is mediocre (especially the woman there at the counter in the early morning), and the furniture (a few bench-style booths) has not been changed or upgraded since the place was built in the early 70's and it shows. Lastly, even though they've maintained a pretty steady "A" rating by the Health Dept, the place always seems to be messy -- especially immediately outside. The other few donut shops within a mile or two of this one are no better.
