Like the previous reviewer, I never leave B&B empty handed. Some of the stuff is overpriced and cheaply made, but you can find some great deals and cute stuff. There's also a huge selection of flip flops, though the regular shoe section has gotten smaller since last year.
I'm not sure when this started, but I picked up a blue reusable B&B tote-type bag that entitles you to 5% off your purchase if you bring the tote and the accompanying punch card back to the store. It's only good for 5 (?) times, but worth it if you are down the shore for awhile or go back several times to buy stuff . -

B&B has been around for what seems like EONS. My mother still insists on coming here every summer but I find it less than exciting.
They carry everything from home decor (note: kitschy shore related crap) to jewelry (you know, the same stuff you can get in Claire's in the mall) to beach chairs and clothes. The clothes to me are good for teens and old ladies and the prices are high unless they're having a sale. They also carry men's and children's clothes and tons of flip flops for all.
For me, I'll skip this place! It's just not my style! -

This store is a tradition started by my mother and now continued by my daughter. Always good for a stroll through and you can get some colorful items on sale. My husband has even purchased clothes there and he does not like to shop unless it is really necessary. Keep on with the fllip flops and the stickers that say I am a Jersey Grandma.

sidewalk sales! nothing better than a $5 bathing suit! this place can often be overpriced, but if you catch a sale, you are in the money on cute summer shore gear. i never leave empty handed. funny, because the back corner is filled with odd touristy stuff. so clothing and porcelain sea shells, this makes it a "department store" ha.
