These guys did a phenomenal job on my brand new BMW. Two weeks after I got the car home it was stripped in front of my house overnight. The car had a few hundred miles on it. They took the headlight assemblies, side view mirrors, airbag, electronics, etc.
I called the dealer where I bought the car and they suggested B&B. Repair totaled $15K (insured paid of course) so it was a lot of work, and the car looks and feels brand new. They did it in the time frame they promised and communicated well.
It was as good an experience as I could have hoped for, given the unfortunate circumstances. They run a very professional operation. -

I went to these guys because they were one of two contracted Wawanesa Insurance auto body shops within convenient distance from where I live. The other place had so-so reviews. This place? They were 4.5 stars on Google. So I gave them a shot....
Matt, the manager (I think) was easy to work with. They took my damage appraisal and just ran w/ it. Note that this place doesn't make appointments for service. When I asked to schedule one, Matt just told me to bring it in, as it only takes them 1 day to get any necessary parts and supplies. So, OK great. He had told me 5-7 days for me to get my car done, and surely enough, it was done at the end of 6 days. The team there struck me as honest. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back that they had done an interior and exterior detail. I guess that's what $1200 can get you, hm? lol.
My only quibble would be that Matt, along w/ the rest of the staff, struck me as aloof and -- while I wouldn't call them unfriendly, I'd call them not warm and welcoming. Then again, they do the important stuff (fixing the car, and getting it squeaky clean) done right. I can overlook imperfect customer service.
Overall, I'd recommend these guys. Next time, which hopefully there isn't one, I'll be coming back to these guys.
(Note that this is my first experience getting an insurance affiliated repair, so I don't really have a basis for comparison). -

Props to B & B. Who knew what damage a tire on the freeway could do to a front end of a car.
Got my insurance quote. Called them, saw my car. Car was taken in 2 days. Ready in 4 days. And car looks like brand new.
Amazing job by B & B, and I recommend them to you all.
