I have to say I really loved the View from this restaurant. Gorgeous, come during sun down and you will really enjoy this diamond in the rough. You can really make a perfect evening out of this place if you include the gondola ride with champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries after you elegant candle lit meal.

Azzura Point's menu is a combination of Northern Italian, Mediterranean and Southern French cuisine, all made with locally caught seafood (I actually prefer seafood caught hundreds of miles away from major cities) and herbs from the resort's private herb garden. The grand bay windows offer great views of the Pacific and unlike, say, that suckarific restaurant Peohe's--ALL the tables have a great view, not just a select few.
The service staff was exceptional. The food was very well prepared and presented, the drinks were outstanding and the prices were very reasonable all things considered.
My ONLY gripe was that when we called to make reservations, the hostess said they were booked solid....so after some thought I called back down and asked if I could order 'to go'. After she confirmed to-go orders were possible, I went downstairs and there were empty tables EVERYWHERE. The main host dude said that it would be no problem to seat us....and as she walked us to our table she said that the restaurant would be packed soon. Had a leisurely dinner and drinks and after about two hours....the restaurant was still fucking empty! Minus one star for the 'GUARDIAN FROM THE ENEMY PLANET' hostess....
