Sabrina, formerly at Moments and Bleu, is now at a lovely new intimate location in downtown Scottsdale. Surrounded by original art work, in a soothing spa like environment, my hands received the best full set using only quality products. My preferred Tammy Taylor product is always applied perfectly! My fills and back fills are equally perfect. Don't waste your time and money visiting chop shops. Each client receives the same amount of Sabrina's attention.
