Review from Lynda M.
My sister and brother in law live near here so I had to try it. Totally delicious! Great menu (a bit pricey but worth it). They serve Wild Salmon (not farm raised) and it was fab. Cute, warm atmosphere, and nice wine list. They also specialise in catering and private events.

Unfortunately, Aylmer's Grill has closed. The Woodbound Inn still operates a restaurant, although I haven't had a chance to eat there. The Grill's former spot in Jaffrey is now the Sunflower Cafe.

Review from Cecilia B.
Belmont, MA
We were very worried about losing the charm of Alymers when it moved to the Woodbound Inn. Although more challenging to find now, the fresh tasty food and excellent service has survived the transplant, with some improvements. We loved the live piano music on Friday night; the subsequent electronic pianist and singer was way too loud however. Some new dishes (now divided into small and large on the menu) and many of the old favorites. The bar is now separate and well laid out and comfortable for a before-dinner drink. The dining room is larger but still intimate, and Alymer himself still checks in and chats with guests, which is so rare in US restaurants. Still worth the trip!!
