Back in the good old days !Ay Caramba! didn't have a liquor license.  What did that mean?  BYOB!!!!!  God that was a sweet deal.  Unfortunately I was like 14 at the time and couldn't fully take advantage of it (they did get me addicted to Strawberry flavored Jarritos though--I'm not completely sure what they put in that before shipping to the states, but I think we can safely go with either crack or meth).  Sadly a few years ago they were granted a license by Harwich and it has never been the same.
The food is...Mexican.  It's good, perhaps a little bland but definitely solid stuff.  My one big concern is the use of Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils.  Seriously?  I get it, the food is dirt cheap by Cape standards but how expensive could it really be to upgrade to some basic white plates, plain metal utensils, and hire another under 18yo to clean the dishes?  That being said, there's a decent amount of outdoor seating which is pretty clutch for the Cape in the summer.

So the food at this little Mexican joint is actually decent and they did accommodate a group of 16 however the overall dining experience only lends it self to 3 stars.  We actually arrived to the restaurant (at 9pm, the only time they would take us) with the order for all 16 people written out on a piece of paper. The rude hostess refused to take the order from us explaining that they were out of a number of menu items that evening. So we were sat and a drink order was taken.  We ordered pitchers of Margaritas which took a while to arrive, but were surprisingly good.  There was a large lag time between the drinks being served and the order being taken. We were informed that they were out of guacamole and they were out of Floutas. Half of our party wanted Floutas. So everyone perused the menu again and the waitress took the 16 orders.  The food actually  came out in decent time but was served on plastic and paper plates. We were left wondering if they had fired their prep cooks and the dishwasher that night.
