Unfortunately, Dr. Amy is no longer with the practice.
Luckily, Dr. Liu is almost as awesome. I had taken a solid break from going here until my car accident in January. I knew Dr. Amy was still on maternity leave at that point, so I started back with Dr. Liu. I was a little nervous because I'd only ever seen Dr. Amy, but Dr. Liu immediately made me feel comfortable enough that when Dr. Amy decided not to come back, I don't feel the need to find a new office. He's different than Dr. Amy, but just as friendly, non-shady, and effective.
And, I switched insurance at the new year, and they take my new insurance. So hooray for that too!Listed in: Around the (Old) House, A la sainte!

At the ripe old age of 41 I decided to stop walking half-marathons and begin to incorporate some running. The mind was willing, but the body had other ideas . . . namely an incredibly painful hip that had me limping most of the time. I had heard a lot of people raving about chiropractic therapy so I decided to try that instead of going to my MD who always says "rest and take ibuprophen"
Dr. Amy came highly recommended by a co-worker, and since she is located right across the street from my job I made an appointment . . . . (by the way, the office manager, Amanda, is extremely helpful and friendly and got me in there within a day). From the very first appointment I felt better immediately!! I walked in the office in pain and out of the office walking on a cloud. Within a few appointments my pain was managed. Now I just go for monthly adjustments. I don't know how she does it, but Dr. Amy has the magic touch. (and she takes my insurance) -

The space is small and not a traditional office (more of a cube farm), but don't let that stop you from seeing Dr. Liu. He is the best chiropractor ever. His treatment techniques (massage, heat, stimulation, adjustment) are relaxing and make an incredible difference! Make an appt today. :)

Amy's great. I've had my back adjusted from her several times and I always feel great after I leave. She's really easy going and makes the whole adjustment process seamless. She's super nice and upbeat. Axis is also conveniently located in the gym that I go to so getting there is pretty simple. Appointments are fairly easy to get unless you need one the same day, which is almost impossible to get here.

I had had a knee pain for the last two years. Went to multiple doctors that prescribed multiple things. Nothing made any difference. The last doctor insisted on orthopedic inserts that added hip pain to the knee pain.
Went to see Dr. Liu upon my husband's recommendation - no knee pain anymore. Amazing knowledgeable doctor. I have gone to other chiropractors, but he is the best by far.
Even if you don't think your pains are related to the spine being out of whack, go see Dr. Liu, he will know and help. -

I always read reviews on yelp for everything, so I want to start posting what I think after I try it myself. I visited Dr. Amy and she is fabulous. She's very personable and really knows what she's talking about. I would recommend her to anyone. The only reason why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because I go to the location in Bally's and it's a bit small and awkward.

When a person leaves a message for you to call them back, you call them back. Not only was the call made during their posted normal business hours, but a response was not made on the same business day nor the next... nor the next... how insanely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful is that?! Forget about the raving reviews - if you cannot even put current and prospective patients/clients first, then really, what is the point?
