Awareness Village and Meditation Center.  I highly recommend Awareness Village to anyone seeking a place to get in touch with your body.  I personally have been practicing Yoga and Meditation here for 19 months.  I have never done Yoga or meditation before coming to Awareness Village.  I am Disable Veteran.  I am able to do Yoga because of the amazing instruction of Awareness Village's Instructor, Julie Hodges.  Awareness Village emphasize, "Yoga for Anyone:"  I truely believe this since I started instruction at Awareness Village.  I am able to do most of the positions safely.  Julie is always helping and observing her students.  Julie knowing about my specific disability is very careful in her instruction.  Doing Yoga at Awareness village has giving me self worth and confidence in my daily life.  Julie has helped me  to connect my body with my spirit.  I am more aware of my body and how it relates to my spiritual well being.  This is just One huge lession I have learned.  I recommend this Yoga Studio to Anyone!  If you never have practiced Yoga before but you really want to, this is the Yoga studio for you.  I was apprehensive about doing Yoga but Julie made me feel like I was the only student.  Even though the studio had other students practicing at the same time.   INTERMEDIATION is NOT a feeling I ever felt at Awareness village.  Thank You Julie for helping me get my Physical and Spiritual life back in order.  This is a place for ANYONE that would like to try Yoga.  This is also a Yoga Studio for those who want to practice advance Yoga.  Awareness Village is a Yoga studio that Truely for ANYONE.
