I've always considered myself a highly creative person, but I also suffer from some pretty severe, long-term "blocks." Though I'd never done anything quite like this workshop, I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try.
I couldn't have been more right. In those few hours, I tapped into a deep, creative place in myself I hadn't touched in years. It was such a personal -- yet shared -- experience, which left me humming with energy for weeks afterwards.
Not only that, but it was great fun while I was there, "playing" with paint, collage, and writing. Anna is a great guide for this creative journey, fun and knowledgable, and utterly open and approachable. She builds a safe space for you to explore your inner creative spirit and let it out to play.
Even if you don't consider yourself a "creative" person, you will after you take this workshop. -

I come from an engineering/computer science background and found this workshop very useful in trying to unlock my creative inhibitions. We did some great creative exercises and the workshop exposed me to some very new and powerful ideas. Annas great, highly recommended!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew that it would be a great opportunity. I know Anna has a lot of creative juices flowing in the arts, so I was excited to find out what she could share. I was amazed that what I ended up finding wasn't her creativity, but my own. The activities were broadening and freeing. I wasn't told "how to" be creative, rather I was guided by the expansive way Anna held space and the openness and participation of the group, to find resources in myself that surprised me. Because we were led to find our own personal spark, I now have an internal well that I can revisit anytime I'm looking for a bit more creativity in my life.

This workshop was wonderful! I'm not necessarily the "creative" type, but I felt like I really got in touch with the creative source within me so that I can manifest my soul's true desires. Anna is an amazing facilitator and gives you tools you can continue to use in your daily life. The collage I created that was the culmination of this workshop feels more alive than any I've done before. It is hung above my bed where I can be reminded daily of the possibilities within me for happiness, love, and abundance. I recommend this workshop for the artist, therapist, healer, and anyone who simply wants to create a greater sense of meaning in their lives.

The word "creativity" is often associated with painting, music, and other artsy activities, so I went into Anna's workshop thinking that the purpose was for my latent artistic talents to be awakened and stimulated. And indeed, painting, music, writing, and collage were all utilized and practiced in the workshop. But I realized later that these activities were used more as tools to awaken different parts of our mind that we don't normally give credit to in learning creative ways of how to live life with the fullest meaning and potential. I left the workshop with a deep renewed sense of purpose and a "creative spirit guide" (that I discovered in a deep guided meditation during the workshop) that has continued to guide my behavior toward achieving my life dreams. Thanks Anna!

Attending this creativity workshop was very fun and engaging to me as I was doing it. After leaving I have continued to gaze at the collage I made. I have put it up in my office and it seems to have long-term power like a tarot card or an I Ching reading, yet this is something I made myself. This collage is a lasting icon to help me contact and keep exploring the layers of myself that address "my question/my intention." Anna, the wonderful workshop leader asked us to enter the workshop with a question or an intention. Mine has to do with developing a certain area of my life. I feel a new confidence, inspiration, and readiness to bust out and flower in that area of my life.

This was an eye-opening experience.My creative talents lie more with music and movement, so taking part in a workshop that employed painting stretched myself into areas that I normally wouldn't be comfortable with. I've never considered myself to be "artistic", i.e. any kind of fine art. But Anna voiced that everyone is creative in their own way and she made it fun and safe to let yourself play and experiment. The next part of the workshop entailed a guided visualization,accessing our creative guide or spirit. Then we immediately journaled about our vision and also made a collage. The collages that we created and described were very interesting, beautiful and deeply moving. Our intention that we expressed at the beginning of the workshop was infused through all of the activities we participated in. Anna was a calm, gentle and anchoring presence.
I'd recommend this workshop for anyone wanting to tap into their creative side. -

Anna has the gift of fostering creativity in others. I came to the workshop not knowing what to expect. Anna immediately put everyone at ease. I thought that the area of my life in which I wanted more creativity was vague and weird, and I was worried that I would need a more defined sense of direction in order to derive benefit from this workshop. Instead, Anna allowed us each to see our own path to creativity. I found my own personal source of creativity and was able to take that wisdom with me as a resource that I can continually tap.

Anna has a gift for inspiring people to tap into their creative side whether through collage, meditation, visualization, or a group painting exercise. She is an excellent listener who knows how to make people feel relaxed, and comfortable enough to open up. She has a playful nature that allows one to connect to their inner dreams.
