I picked my friends the kitty cats up from Avondale Vet, they work with the dog house rescue to give new homes to cats and dogs.  Gizmo and Spike are lights of my life and I continue to visit this vet and have been pleased with the service.  Recently they told me that Spike needed oral surgery and got some teeth pulled. They were very nice and efficient and Spike seemed as relaxed as could be expected around the staff, he's been around them since he was a newborn.  The doc did tell me to brush Spike's teeth regularly, something that is just simply not going to happen. I can't get him to pry his lips open long enough to look at his gums let alone brush them.  So if Spike loses all his teeth, perhaps the Avondale Vet can get him a kitty grill or kitty dentures. That would be fun for him, he'd look so tough with a gold grill.  I recommend this vet for their kindness and quality service.
