Review from Lynne R.

Decided to try this little hidden coffee shop in Avon...it was a chilly day in Cleveland and decided to give it a try...Coffee was great and the owner was friendly. My friend and I tried some of their desserts by La Bellaria - well their Baklava Bar was fantastic with coffee and the lemon cookie was like a little bit of summer in your mouth...you could really taste the fresh lemom and zest!!!!! We grabed a bag of this popcorn mix to go and ate it at my nephews game -- it was delicious and we wished we had gotten more. Not sure what the rest of the menu taste likes but if this is any indication we will be back for more!!

A very cute little locally owned cafe, but not much to back it up. It's quite unfortunate too, because they have a beautiful stone patio to chill on and the owner is awesome.
I hate saying this, but when you order a large coffee the cup should be filled. What my BF got was a 60% filled cup and that is unacceptable. There was no signage or information about the coffee they used and the brew was very weak. It just doesn't have the convenience factor for a professional to grab some joe on the go. Plus, I couldn't connect to the WiFi and the employees have to give you the password.
The food we ordered was just not good either. Tuna melts do not need to be caked in mayo--but I feel like NEO doesn't understand this in general. There was hardly any tuna meat on the sandwich and the portion was super small.
I give this place two stars because I feel like there is some positive and there is a ton of potential. It's barely 4 months old and they're building out the inside for more seating in the colder months. I think they could really do well if they utilize some local ingredients to step up their lunch game. There really is no room for in Cleveland anymore for Sysco food--especially with the national culinary attention we've been getting.
I really do wish this cafe nothing but the best, but they can't keep going down the same path they're going down now. -

Another Jekyll and Hyde coffee shop. It's too bad, because Avon does not have any other independent coffee shops.
The coffee is probably some of the best I've ever had in the US. I will definitely be back for a cuppa.
However, the muffins were stale. The egg sandwich was good, but really small for the price.
