      I have been coming to Avis, Budget, and Enterprise for year's all Throughout The Pandemic. It's Truly Amazing that I was put on the Do Not Rent list for Avis, Budget and Enterprise Car Rental because the Employee that they hired made a Error on there End. After Swiping my Visa Card. I Called in to Complain about the Situation and of Course the Employee LIED to Cover his Mistake be careful when you are spending your hard earned working money. They don't appreciate your service they talk to you any kind of way as if they are talking to Children. If the customers don't service the different rental companies then how will they have an income to keep there business going. I will make sure I look farther into things because I don't owe any money or didn't have any accidents I have filled the gas where it was when they loaned the rental to me. I Returned The car Cleaned. So Now I'm on the DO NOT RENT LIST for WHAT REASON? It is because I spoke up people please Don't Let Them walk all over top of you because they will try too. It is Always other Renal Companies to Patronize when you as a good Customer to them, they have No respect when speaking to there customers.

      Not sure why they need two workers. One of them was sleeping and literally snoring. I think she was listening to music as well. The other person working there looked like he was ready for nap time too. Over charged me, but hey, at least there were people there!

      Booked a car through Priceline and got so screwed that I will never use either Avis or Priceline again. Price was about double what I was quoted and no customer service reps even tried to help. Garbage garbage garbage. Car smells like a homeless person lived in it and smoked a pack a day, passenger side is all scratched up, tire was low on air, and one of the rear seatbelts is unusable due to the belt guard being broken and hanging freely in the car.

      Horrific customer service, good price using AARP card so that justifies the mandatory 1-star on Yelp.

      Nobody in line when we picked up the car (that might be a sign!) and the guy at the counter was super friendly until we declined any upgrades... then all the small talk stopped and he isn't able to reach anyone in the garage to tell us our car was ready. After 10 minutes he called another person and they said the car was ready... he wasn't apologetic and his personality disappeared, it was weird.

      THEN, we get the car and it was not clean inside or outside. It looked like it was hosed down but you could still see bug residue on the front side. The inside had dust in the hard to reach areas and a stain on the seat.

      THEN, we drive up to the exit and the guy doesn't look up until we say something to him. Seriously? He would have kept his head down and we would still be there unless we spoke up!! RUDE!!! No greeting, no anything from him as we finished our checkout.

      Never again, I'll pay $5 more and go to any of the other numerous rental agencies!

      First thing was they sent me to go get the car from the basement of the hotel which I felt was very unsafe especially due to the conditions of the spooky garage where the car was kept. Second they didn't inspect the car with me they told me if I noticed anything to pull up to the door and come let them know. Third, the check engine oil light and service due light was on when I got in the car. Fourth the car was terrible on gas probably due to the oil needing to be changed. Fifth, when I returned the car the agent told me the car was suppose to be full and asked me if I wanted to go fill it before returning it. I told him the car was on a little past half when I got it, I also took a picture of it when I first got the car and it reflected that on the receipt the first agent gave me. He said oh ok but the system indicates that it's suppose to be full but since you have your paper work it's all good. Suppose I didn't take a picture or didn't bring the original paperwork back? The would have charged me for gas or I would have had to leave fill the tank and return. How many people have the charged due to their "system being incorrect"? This was one of the worse rental experiences I have ever had especially because of how I felt unsafe going to retrieve the car in the very beginning. Totally unacceptable.

      The pickup process was fine until they tried to charge me a fee for a car upgrade without letting me know. They almost got it past me, but I read the charges. They didn't have a car in the class that I rented, but then tried to charge me for an upgrade. I declined the upgrade and they removed the charge. The car ran fine.

      The absolute worst part of this location is that they don't have any overnight drop off options. Their hours are limited. Because this location is in a hotel, they make you drop off the car with the valet who charges $35. This is just to drop the car off outside of their business hours. I asked if there were other options and the representative was less than helpful. There is no notice of this anywhere-not during booking or at the counter.

      I wish I had read the other reviews before I rented from this location.

      they accepted my license online when i prepaid but in person decided it wasn't acceptable. (i've had it for almost 8 years now). absolutely ridiculous when i rented the car FOR A TRIP and not in any of the phone calls i had with Avis did they say this would be an issue. also, their entrance is closed so you have to go in thru the Holiday Inn & zigzag around their decrepit hallways with dripping black moldy ceiling. the person supposed to be at the counter was no where to be seen for over 20 minutes, even after calling & saying we were waiting. she was rude on top of not doing her job. extremely sketchy vibes for a business & will never ever consider recommending yall to anyone else. even enterprise is better.

      It is impossible to communicate how bad this place is.

      To tell you of all the details of my interaction with this company and their employees would only make me increasingly angry and then (because you're reading this) make you angry as well.

      I'll leave one story to sum it up:

      The "manager" told me that because I am white (she is a very overweight black woman) that I had to go and "fetch" the mileage, paperwork and gas consumption. When I told her I was in a hurry and that typically the rental car company does that, she told me that my credit card would continue to be charged day after day because she was not going to check it in.

      At this point my anger transformed into humor over the ridiculousness of this person.

      So I left the car there. And now I'm looking forward to my credit card bill where I'll (hopefully) have an ongoing charge to my credit card from Avis that I can call and dispute.

      Do yourself a favor: don't rent from here if you have any other option.

      Your blood pressure (and your credit card company) will thank you.

      I went to rent here, and the employee at the counter told me that the MVA had banned my driver's license number from renting cars at any location. So of course, I started to freak out. However, I talked to two people at the MVA, and they said that my record was "squeaky clean", and that they did not even have the ability to ban people from car rentals. I was able to rent from another company with no problem. Also, the person at the counter didn't believe I was over 25 at first, even though I showed her my license with my birth date on it.

      I have no idea what happened here, but I can't recommend these guys as they wound up wasting a lot of my time.

      The worst experience ever. I reserved online and PAID IN FULL. Gets dropped off at location to only be told that there's no cars available. But my pick up time was at 12.. the only cars were uber cars smh. Then caught a lyft to downtown location were I was told again there's no cars. Then tried to send me to BWI where it would be $200 more. The worst company ever. Never never again. The customer service is good the website needs to be updated or something. Don't take people's money without knowing if you have cars or not .you just inconvenience my whole day. Enterprise the way to go Avis hell no
