I booked a combination facial and massage on a Groupon. The location is a bit hard to find if you're not familiar with the Lowry shopping area like I am.
I wasn't given enough time to finish the paperwork they wanted me to complete and told it wasn't that important. Why make a person fill it out in the first place?
The massage room was right off an area where pedicures are done and the noise of chit-chat and music from outside the door was distracting, at least at first. I got over it pretty quickly though because the therapist - Lydia, I think - was AMAZING at massage. In fact, she is the sole reason I give this place three stars instead of two, as she is one very talented masseuse who managed to help me work out some intense muscle issues. The facial part of the Groupon service left a bit to be desired - it was just a cleansing and massage, really, with no steam or blackhead removal - but the body massage was just marvelous.
On the way out, I was upsold on products used during my time. I know a salon has to make a few bucks and product is one of the ways to do it, but $48 for face cleanser is a bit steep.
I don't know if I'll go back, but if I do, it will be solely for Lydia's magic hands. -

A groupon brought me to this salon. And I am glad I had them, because they can get a little pricey. $40 for a wash and blowdry style. That doesn't even include a haircut. The staff are very friendly! I got a manicure and pedicure, and from far away they look great, but up close there is a lot of paint on my skin. :( I only paid $35 but normally it would be $70 No way! Also, there was a lot of confusion with payment, I almost overpaid by $42 because the groupons weren't taken off correctly, glad I caught it. They were very apologetic and nice about it, but I am not sure if they would have caught it.
I want to give this salon another try but would probably need another deal, because the price of services is already high and definitely when compared to the quality. -

I too came in with a Groupon for a mani and pedi... The people are very nice and there was great customer service, but the quality of the service was severely lacking. I have polish all over my skin and cuticles and lots of streaking and goopiness. I saw my mom after my appt. And my mom commented on how I usually do a better job on my nails assuming I had given myself the mani. I told her I had gotten them done and she told me I should have asked for my money back. Save you money and spend it on a few bottles of fancy and pretty nail polish that you can use instead.

I'm new to Denver and this is the nearest salon to my house, so I thought I'd give them a try for a haircut. Just needed a trim and some shaping (I have long hair). It only took about 35 minutes, but I did not feel it was worth the $60 pricetag. I signed up on their website for the newsletter which gave me a $25 coupon for my first visit, but it is only good on services above $65. So basically you get a coupon you can't use for haircut, nails, etc... That was a little frustrating. The salon felt a little cluttered and not very unique-- just a normal salon. My stylist did a good job on my haircut, but was quiet and seemed tired (or maybe just having a bad day). None of the chit-chat, hair advice, product tips, etc that I'm used to at salons that charge this much. It wasn't a bad experience, just did not leave me feeling great, so I will probably keep looking for my ideal salon.

DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! Just like most of the reviews on here and the 20+ on City Search, I discovered this salon/"spa" through Groupon. I ignored the many negative reviews because I am desperate about finding a spa in Denver that does Organic Eminence facials, so I was so excited that they offer it! I bought a $50 group for a Microderm Facial value at $150, which was explained on the phone as a customized Eminence facial AND microderm treatment. I arrived at the salon 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. The waiting area for a "spa" service, which is suppose to be a relaxing environment for you to unwind and decompress from the world, is next to the nail service area. It is rather difficult to relax to people (one guest and two employees) gossiping about Cameron Diaz and co-ed lingerie parties. My aesthetician was a little over 5 minutes late when she greeted me and took me back, I spent a another atleast 5+ minutes talking to her about my treatment, which she stated that she was going to replace a mask in the customized facial with Microderm...so this is not at all what was explained to me, but again I let it go because I'm still excited that I found a place that does Eminence facial. She up-sell me on a special of 4 more different services for $39 (feet treatment, reflexology, eye treatment, and neck/shoulder hot stone massage), which I purchased. BTW the eye treatment is really just one drop of a serum that I put on myself at the end of the session. She was a nice young lady with good table-side manners and satisfactory skills, so no complaints about her technique. However, we ended the session 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. So let's do the math...I was scheduled at 4:15, didn't go back till 4:20, didn't get started until about 4:25..atleast...and I was done at 5:10pm. I paid $50 for the groupon, $39 for the upsell, and still tipped her $30 = $119 for a 45 minute facial including microderm and four additional services. The average cost for JUST a facial is about $95, which takes 55-60min session. My spa sessions are luxuries to me, both time and money,...it is also my "me" time...a chance for me to treat myself and relax. I regret spending the money to have the worse spa experience in the last 10 years. Unfortunately, I will have to continue my search for an Organic Eminence Spa. This is truly a waste as the location is so convenient for me, and as I mentioned my aesthetician was satisfactory, which is why the place got two stars instead of 1...I just wished that I felt as though she gave me the attention of a FULL session that I paid for, instead of rushing through everything in 45 minutes. I hope that the members of the spa will pay attention to the many horrible reviews and change your business around.
